In the heart of the luxurious district of Hivernage in a 20-acre park, a 5-minute walk from the heart of old Marrakesh, Es Saadi Gardens & Resort Palace features a 32,000-ft² spa, a 29,000-ft² outdoor...

The bed a little small
The resort is wonderful Facilities fantastic as expected.
The guide recommended by the resort for us for tour of city was a disappointment . He was not very informative and did not take us to the historic sites but instead took us to expensive carpet, ceramic and clothes shops...did not even take us to the souk to shop for souvenirs....
The garden is lovely, the food is excellent, the staff couldn't be friendlier, the food is excellent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel & environment. Situated a bit outside of town, but I preferred to be outside of the hustle and bustle. Taking a taxi was no problem.
Everything was fantastic
We really enjoyed our stay there..The staff was excellent about the service the welcome way ..The spa was amazing will never forgot our holiday in four Season Marrakech..
The rate was high ..also the acess of Internet was so law Thks
Everything except restaurants
Restaurants were mediocre in an otherwise outstanding resort.Spa costs were high.
Luxury hotel but not as good as one would expect.
Boring restaurants. Dark pool with cold water. Too expensive rooms, breakfast and minibar in room (for example 9 euro for a mini Pringles chips).
Everything is excellent.
The hotel is top in everything . Service is really outstanding .
Some food and beverage items are over priced .
Atmosphere and the staff were so kind and polite
The bed sheet wasn't that clean but we unfortunately asked them to change it the next day
I liked it so much, in fact I am returning to Four Seasons Marrakech at the end of September for 7 nights (after just 6 weeks). Beautiful tasteful resort and hot weather, what else? Very good service, the location of the hotel is very convenient and they offer a complimentary car service to the Medina or to the airport. I would describe Marrakech using 2 words: mysterious and sensual.
Beautiful hotel and grounds, immaculate throughout with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding service and staff. The food was very good
Why do prestige hotels feel they need to charge for premium wifi. Its a total nonsense
Very stylish hotel, beautiful accommodation, very nice cuisine in the Morrocan restaurant and in the Italian restaurant. Excellent service and very attentive personnel. Two swimming pools (of which one is very 'quiet').
Service was everything... Couldn't do enough for you and stands apart from other hotels so can't really be compared. Management send my fiancé bunch of roses for her birthday just one example. Great place
Some of the extras were little pricy as was the food but nothing crazy
The feel of the resort
The overpriced mini bar
Service was excellent Grounds are beautiful
everything was great , staff, food , service and the two big pools, perfectly clean ,great room service, extremely friendly kids club team , spa and gym are great too - a real worthy 4seasons hotel . We had dinner at La Mamounia and we were so happy we did not book there . The 4 Seasons was the way better option with kids, more contemporary design and large suites with great balconies ....
Due to fully booked hotel over Easter the breakfast tables were every morning full and it was very hard to find space outside - inside very noisy with babies and generally a too small area for accommodating all guests for a relaxed breakfast . Breakfeast staff was clearly overworked and therefore not very attentive . Simply the time frame for eating breakfast should be extended - it ends too soon and therefore everyone is coming at the same time .. and it is a really big hotel .
Excellent italian restaurant (quality of service and food) Excellent service at bars, restaurants and pool
Poor service at reception and concierge.
everything. outstanding service
Could have better variety of food in the restaurants.
Pool area is wonderfull. Rooms are very nice and breakfast is lovely. Staff at the pool (Anassa) deserves an extra mention for his great kindness!! Staff at reception is fantastic!
Lunch facility is poor and the spa is beneath Four Seasons level. Gardens should be better maintained . Service in the bars and restaurants often fails.
