    The location was peaceful, but only 10 mins from centre, rooms and public areas clean, modern and well looked after. Food plentiful and lots of choice. Pools clean. Staff all lovely, helpful and polite. Free shuttles useful. Snacks lovely. Could not complain. Wine and water freely available at tables, had a lovely stay.

    Rude people who put their towels out to use sunbeds at 8 am and then used them for half an hour at 4 pm! Not the fault of the staff though. The staff could not make cocktails that were anything like what they were supposed to be, wine and beer/soft drinks all good.

    The grounds were beautifully maintained. The restaurant staff extremely friendly. The buffet selection good although slightly repetitive.

    Guests reserving sun beds from 7.30am in the morning with no intervention from management. The inside seating area of the restaurant has a "canteen" like atmosphere..

    The food in the restaurant was excellent with lots of variety and fresh bread, the fish was also great (especially shark). Room was nice and big with a great flat screen TV, powerful shower and was always cleaned well. Wifi was mostly everywhere around the complex although couldn't always be accessed. Pools were all lovely and loved the sun booths next to the pool as they were very comfy and shaded from the hot sun. Staff at reception were reasonably helpful and other staff were good but had a slight language barrier. Evening entertainment was good - loved the fire dancers! The coffees from the snack bar were out of this world and I wish they did them in England!!!! Also freshly cooked doughnuts and crepes at the snack bar were lovely! In the restaurant I enjoyed the option of being able to have a pasta dish made for you in front of you with what ever you wanted in it.

    Air con in the room wasn't amazing and only made the room bareable not cold. Two single beds pushed together to make a double wasn't ideal as they slid apart from eachother when you moved across. Had one cold shower one night which was not fun. Found some one else's bra in our room when we arrived which showed lack of cleaning and was not amusing at all, I told reception and they did nothing about it. We missed the mini bus to the markets because reception failed to tell us that we had to leave the complex and wait round the corner in the car park. The afternoon snack bar was disappointing as it only did sweet snacks and lacked variation, I was hoping for more savory snacks. Often the waiters didn't serve us because we were English and they couldn't understand us so they'd just go to a French person instead. The alcohol was SO BADLY WATERED DOWN. We tasted the vodka neat whilst there and it was like water. It was so easy to drink neat, you'd have to have about 5 to even start feeling anything. At the snack bar the wasps all over the coke machine was very unhygienic and put me off having coke! There wasn't a pool deep enough for diving. The wifi was all over the complex but you could barely ever connect as the signal was so weak, I had to stand right underneath the router to connect one day, this is annoying if you want to stay in touch with your family. The food in the restaurant was often labelled as something but contained something else for example; one dish said chicken lemon tagine but had pieces of liver in it which was DISGUSTING. Also they would label pork with a picture of a pig as if to show us what we were eating and put us off or make us feel guilty (I say this as I know no pork is eaten in morocco), I heard another couple complaining about this at the bar whilst I was there. Serving in the restaurant was often slow and you would get your food but then have to wait (whilst it got cold) for a knife and fork from the...

    The hotel was kept immaculately clean, there was an army of staff who all constantly worked hard and tirelessly to make our stay a holiday to remember. I had read some bad reviews prior to our holiday stating that the reception staff were unfriendly and rude. I found this to be quite the contrary, the reception staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely charming and polite. The gardens were quite exceptional, and it was obvious to see how much the gardeners took pride in their work. It was such a beautiful haven, especially when returning from the hum drum of Marrakech. We were there for a week and didn't want to leave. I would definitely recommend as the hotel is very good value for money, with something for everyone.

    If id have taken the negative reviews seriously I would not have booked this hotel so thank you for the positive ones. Yes, French is rife but everyone tried to talk English when we asked for anything . Pool area was great with loads of beds and space . Room was great too. Staff everywhere did their best to help with anything we needed. Will defiantly go back and would recommend to family and friends .

    Food choices were nice and varied

    Daily entertainment was a bit too much and being repeatedly askedto join in by staff was a little frustrating. Also very much catered to french guests music in the evening etc - felt like the only uk residents slightly uncomfortable with this at times.

    Reception staff were polite and helpful. Dining room staff were the best very helpful and charming. The maids were also nice and friendly.

    Pool bar staff were lazy and not very courteous.

    Nice quiet secluded location, staff were very friendly, pool facilities were great with lots of beds for everyone.

    The food was fine and plentiful however catered more the French palate. Generally the hotel, staff, entertainment and food all cater for the French guests. Very few English speaking guests. Music around pool can be a little too loud at times. The nighttime entertainment is super cheesy - they would do well to drop it and just go for some secluded children's evening entertainment so that not all the adults have to be subjected to it.

    Everything, my second time I have been back to the hotel and it was better than the first time, the food was fabulous the staff was outstanding, and the day activities was brilliant really enjoyed the night activities as well. Shuttle bus was very useful and tours was brilliant we will be back again.

    Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities Food delicious and a very wide variety to please everyone Grounds and gardens beautiful and immaculate Waiters cleaners and animation team are all excellent so friendly and chatty really pleasant people Rooms are large and very clean Pools are lovely Ideal for families and couples alike

    Hotel had overbooked (they say due to a technical IT fault) and my chosen and pre-paid accommodation was not available This also was the case for many guests the same time we were there some of whom were very angry - computers were down and the hotel had absolutely no back up plan - huge huge mistake showing lack of experience in management Reception staff were not helpful at all themselves and seemed to lack the skills, training and authority to solve any problems or explain anything and appear to be only there to answer the phone or ask you to wait - lack professionalism in terms of front of house which is the only bad thing I have to say about the hotel but unfortunately one only gets one chance at a first impression and if front of house is not really good it taints one's view of everything The Customer Relations Manager eventually explained the situation and I was given two rooms instead of the larger room I had booked He also offered me compensation of free access to spa and treatments and free meal in the Moroccan restaurant I feel this was very fair and a nice goodwill gesture but I did explain that I did not want anything for free I just wanted someone from hotel management to talk to me about the problem and why it had happened I returned the free vouchers unused As they were given to me on our last evening we could not use them anyway I felt very quite sorry for the Customer Relations Manager - no one else from hotel management seemed to be supporting and helping him and just stood there silently and watched angry people "have a go" poor man seemed exhausted - no team spirit with the management team at all The beautiful surroundings can be no compensation for what a rotten job he must have! Despite all of the above I would go back again because I loved our holiday and the actual hotel is excellent but I can see how some guests who were queuing up in that lobby would never darken the door again!

    Buffet closed exacetly at the time advised! Staying there alone means to have several places for breakfast and dinner due to the fact that table cleaned when getting more food. They asked for the safe in the room extra money at check in but safe works also as usual without their special code! This is robbery!

    I stayed at Kenzi Club Agdala Medina for 5 days in Mid Feb, with my 11yo. I loved the place, quiet with beautiful green gardens just a few minutes of taxy ride away from the Medina and suk of Marrakech, and I definitely recommend it, but not in February :). The Club has excellent facilities to destress: 2 big pools (the wrong one heated) + baby pool,tennis courts, ping-pong tables, archery, large restaurant with plenty of nice and comfortable tables but too cold, a bar, a theater and a good working miniclub where my son was enthusiastic to go in the morning (big news for me). There's a SPA on site and a gym but....

    this is the bad part: I got cold and rain for the first 3 days and: the gym was NOT included, as well as the hammam. The beautiful tobogans stayed a dream for my son, as the (supposedly children) pool was NOT heated, and the water was, of course, extremely cold. Instead, the adult pool was heated - and almost zero adult dare to enter, as the air was still quite chilly. Despite the plastic bracelet, cash should be carried along for the boutique, the photos, and the beach towels' deposit.... which makes the handling of everyday little shopping and duties quite painful if you don't like carrying your bag with you on holiday. Little negative note for the miniclub: the first sunny day, I found all the kids inside, watching a movie - what a pity! Theater setting quite uncomfortable and cold (both for the temperature and the ambiance), and shows repetitive, but the animation team so well trained and enthusiastic that a more creative choreographer could probably make wonders. The reception desk should undergo a serious training about welcoming and providing exhaustive informations on the club.

    the room was lovely, the staff very helpful. Everything was so relaxed. the choice of food was great. lovely pool. great spa - all in all a fabulous time. Great value for money

    location is a bit out of the centre but the hotel has a free shuttle bus and there are always loads of taxis

    Excellent friendly staff, relaxed environment. Excellent range and quality of food

    Initial room was twin not double when made clear the booking was for the latter. Window lock in new room was broken with attendants coming at the third time of asking at what proved an inconvenient time.

    Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay and were generally impressed with the hotel. The grounds and rooms were nice. There was only one heated pool, but the pool area was good and the slides were a nice fun touch. We only managed to eat in the main buffet restaurant and would rate the food as average. The drink was pretty good though and much better than some of the other all inclusive resorts we have stayed in. The animation team were fairly good and do put in a lot of work, but they could pay a bit more attention to all guests rather than a select few. The evening shows were a bit cheesy, but they put in so much effort and they were certainly entertaining.

    Unfortunately, we found the reception staff quite unhelpful and felt that more information should have been provided at check-in. For example, we missed out on the opportunity to dine in the Moroccan restaurant, as we were not told on check-in that it was closed on a Friday. When we tried to resolve the issue, the reception staff went to no effort to meet our request. Also, we were not informed that the hotel had a nightclub and did not find out until two nights before we left. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing stay and found it to be pretty good value. There are just a few minor touches that could improve it greatly.

    Room very simple for a 5 star. No internet in the room as mentioned in the site, only at the reception. They asked you to pay for many additional things: safe, towels, gym etc. which was not mentioned on the website. Service is extremely poor and people that work there are very rude. Restaurant was managed by young unprofessional boys, so breakfast in the morning was a big mess. The bathroom was flooded every morning when we woke up from the leaking tap. We complaint many times, and the only action taken was that the cleaner dried the floor. They mentioned that drinks are all included, however the mini bar was empty. They even mention that there are some snacks included, but I never saw those snacks in the snack bar.

    The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without paying anything. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for two extra days.

    Although there are so many varieties of food, nothing really tastes good.
