Awful staff, lazy and not interested in their guesses. Didn't get WiFi in our room, we complaint at least 5 times and always received the same lazy answer: "ok, i will call someone, bye", we have to request a new room, they gave us a new one in front of the WiFi antenna and we were able to get connection (but very slow!), also, no connection in common areas except for reception.
Food is repetitive but ok, i think they are very creative in reusing the same things over and over again. Drinks are terrible! first, they don't know how to do cocktails so you need to pick from the menu, and you will get basically water with sugar and 1% of alcohol.
They charge you extra for using the spa's pool ("heated" pool) or gym, so forget about the all-inclusive there.
Very few people of the staff speak english, and they don't even bother to keep communicating if you start to speak in english.
Taxi drivers outside the hotel will charge you more just for staying in the Kenzi.
Cheap (for all the food you can eat). Shuttle to Jemaa El Fna. Maroccan tea is good.
