Everything was absolutely perfect!! Great atmosphere, wonderful building, staff people Very friendly so as professional;.excellent restaurants SPA excellent.
Location and Room...
It's not recommended for muslim, during check in the staff promised to give extended hours for Jum'ah prayer, but when the time come, he said the manager not allow my family to stay in the room, so we have to check out early......pork is also served in breakfast, big pictures of half naked woman is hanging on the wall....if you bring children find other hotels.
The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite so that we could get a balcony and it was worth it!
Beautiful design and the spa is spectacular. Had a nice massage. Room is very spacious as is the bathroom.
We had a number of facility related issues. No cold water in the shower, had to call the maintenance guy to fix. The light over the bed did not shut off so we had to remove the room card to disconnect all power to the room which also disconnects the air. It was late in the night and we were not in the mood to call maintenance a 3rd time. The transfer to the airport is not included so expect to pay extra to get to the airport. Went for dinner in the French restaurant and none of the 3 fish options were available. The front entrance to the hotel is very crowded with cars which makes it difficult for cars to come in and pick you up. Overall we expected more for a 4 star hotel.
The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The food was great. The roses bouquets all around the hotel were beautiful. There was a lot of attention to the rose petals arrangements set on the beds daily. The Spa was relaxing as well as both swimming pools. This was a little piece of heaven.
The room was nicely appointed with rose petals every day
Medina view means a room onto a busy and noisy Street and the view is just a few dirty and old buildings across without any charming Breakfast other tan moroccan pancakes has no variety and very few salty dishes Elevator gets very busy at rush hour times
Location Ambience Attentiveness of staff
atmosphere, green and calm oasis in the city centre, garden restaurant
at times difficult to find your way through the hotel interior
the swimming pools and the location right into the medina is fantastic, rooms are big and comfotabel... it really is an oasis in the middle of busy marrakech, it is truly exceptional, next to the souks and square Jamaa el Fna , old times "colonial style" -traditional 5 star hotel ... great staff !!
- a bit worn down, needs some renovations, refurbishing for the modern standards of a 5 star hotel - slow wifi
Pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable spacious rooms. delightful bar. Good breakfasts. Very central location. 2 pools.
Gap between picture on web site and real life Quality of finish and old room built ( requires some renovation) Very limited late night room service offering
We love staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and the inner courtyard with its palm trees and pool is simply stunning.
all the rugs/runners in the corridors are soiled, worn out and should be changed
The tranquility of the hotel in the amidst of the hustle and bustle of the medina area. The spa! The fact that there are three excellent restaurants at the hotel.
We had a terrible experience finding the hotel while being extremely sick & tired following an 8hr drive. The sign postings for the hotel are nonexistant. After finally arriving & settling in, they had made a mistake with the room and wanted us to change after we had already started using it. One bellman was rude & mocked my husband. In the end the situation was resolved but the initial start could've been a lot less stressful.
Location, straff, and The facilities of The hotel is perfect!
The food in the restaurants average
Staff, location, upgrade
Little touches like back for the door being dusty
Swimming pool. The rooms, good spacious bathroom Friendly service Cocktails
Food, lack of choice. Lifts unreliable.
Location, impressed by how quiet the neighborhood was while hotel is next to a vibrant medina , beautiful hotel and pools
A bit overpriced Reception counter needs a revamping
Location. So close to Djemaa Beautiful building and good breakfast. The bar waiters both upstairs by the roof terrace pool and downstairs in the pianobar were fab and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners put rosepetals everywhere, even around your pyjamas.
The restaurants. The Indian roof terrace restaurant wasn't to our liking at all and the waiters filled our water & wine glasses up as soon as we'd had one sip. The Moroccan one downstairs was just awful. The food tasted re-heated and the staff were so so unfriendly, not a smile was cracked for the entire meal. Someone should tell them that smiles and a good service gives tips.
Beautiful gardens, two lovely pools (central courtyard and roof), friendly staff, very reasonable drinks & great food.
Great hotel, staff always very pleasant and helpful, swimming pool area on 3rd floor fantastic to relax after hard days touring. Will defiantly recommend and stay again
The young girl serving at the pool was very good!
The poolarear looked at bit messy!!! The pool guy seemed tired!!!;(
beautiful oasis, with spa and 2 swimming pools and good restaurants, in a dirty town.
personnel were not very friendly and slow, very slow...
Nice pool and good restaurant, we had a nice upgrade upon checking.
Staff should be a bit more pro active.
location and welcome.. service efficient and professionally friendly. indian restaurant is lovely.
