Location. So close to Djemaa Beautiful building and good breakfast. The bar waiters both upstairs by the roof terrace pool and downstairs in the pianobar were fab and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners put rosepetals everywhere, even around your pyjamas.

The restaurants. The Indian roof terrace restaurant wasn't to our liking at all and the waiters filled our water & wine glasses up as soon as we'd had one sip. The Moroccan one downstairs was just awful. The food tasted re-heated and the staff were so so unfriendly, not a smile was cracked for the entire meal. Someone should tell them that smiles and a good service gives tips.

The location if the hotel is ideal as you can walk to the Medina and Djema el Fna, without needing transportation. We stayed in a new section of the hotel and the room was absolutely fantastic.

The pool on the roof was very small. The main pool was very nice but difficult to get a sun bed as they were all taken from early in the morning.

Lovely location. Very comfortable hotel. Excellent food options. Fantastic swimming pool on the roof; and wonderful spa.

Minor observation about some of the staff's lack of attention to detail, and lack of attention to hotel guests.

The location was superb. The Indian restaurant on the rooftop was superb. The hotel and Spa in particular were very clean.

I found the hotel a little expensive for the level of accommodation. The wifi was non existent apart from a very few parts of the lobby and intermittent.

Fantastic hotel, old-world french colonial charm an oasis of tranquility right in the heart of Marrakech. Great pool for lazy afternoons, some very good restaurants. Hugely friendly & helpful staff.

The hotel had a very calm and relaxing feel - from the dining areas, to the pool and gardens. We ate in both the Asian and French restaurants and both were great. Staff were fantastic both hotel and in the Spa. Location amazing.

Location, very close to main square. Staff very nice and helpful

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired namely in the room. Overall rather small dimensions of spaces: tiny bathroom, bedroom not spacious, the whole hotel is squeezed in a small area. Breakfast service not up to the pace of guests arriving, neither the level of a 5star hotel. Restaurants very expensive. Rating 5star clearly not appropriate for this hotel; 3 or max 4 would be appropriate; the entrance would be one of a 2**hotel for sure!

Les Jardin is the Perfect Oasis literally 15 seconds from the Median and the Souks. It is literally the most convenient hotel, its also a short cab ride from Yves Saint Laurant's former residence/memorial/Garden. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a pool/garden area that is very serene and a needed contrast to the bustling medina. We stayed in this hotel before and after our 3-day trek in the Sahara Desert and both instances we were upgraded at no additional cost! The breakfast buffet was also a good bonus. The hotel has 2 restaurants, we ate at the rooftop restaurant and the food was tasty, I recommend the lentil soup. Overall I loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to Marrakech!

There were no washcloths in the room which was odd but we bring our own so it wasn't a big deal
