We really enjoyed our stay, the room is spacious and so clean. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The riad is in the heart of Tetouan near the royal palace. Also, the breakfast on the rooftop is awesome!

Everything : Hospitality, Cleaning, Ambiance and hostes listening to your needs. A special thanks to Wissal and Mohamed for their efforts making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is pretty clear and not so far for the main street, making it convenient to access and remembering the way. I found my room clean as it should and hot water available at all hours of the day. The ambiance at night is unique and should be experienced by every guest visiting the place! Wish all my best for the team and can't wait visiting you next time passing by Tétouan ♥️

The hosts were super accomodating and helpful, and we had a lovely time. The riad is simple and historic, but comfortable and well-equipped. Parking was not on site, but the riad staff sent a guide who joined us and led us to safe parking at the entrance of the medina. Will be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Tetouan. The mint tea was amazing (with orange blossom flowers!). We got to meet the owner's two children and felt like we were being welcomed into the home of friends.

The location of the Riad is right in the heart of the medina and everyone around is more than helpful when it comes to finding it! The view is so gorgeous and the staff is chill and interesting to talk to! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed but nice environment! The tea was also excellent :) 10/10 Note: Definitely not wheelchair accessible or other physical disability-accessible though, so keep it in mind! There are a lot of stairs!

Really great staff, excellent service, helpful and funny. The highlight is definitely the terrace and the location in the middle of the old medina, between markets and cultural life. If I come back to Tetuoan, I would book this accommodation again! Chokran!

The location is very good, it’s in the middle of the Medina. The people working here is very welcoming and kind. We had a very good homemade Moroccoan dinner and breakfast on the beautiful roof with a view of the Medina and the mountains. We wanna thank Hassan, one of the workers for his help of understanding the Medina, for tips to eat, good conversations and bringing us to the mountain for a very good tea and view over the whole Tetouan. You can also enjoy this amazing tea at the roof! We will 100% come back here in a short time!

The hosts are very kind and helpful especially to European tourists who are not used to these labyrinth-like old town districts. ;) They even parked my motorcycle in the entrance hallway in one of their houses nearby for it to be safe overnight. The Riad itself with its lovely architecture and the roof terrace is very charming and beautiful and a must-do for everyone who hasn't slept in one yet! The room was clean and had a private bathroom with hot water for showering. The breakfast was very tasty and eating breakfast on the roof terrace was a unique experience.

The staff was super friendly and eager to advise and answer all the questions about the city, they created a great atmosphere in the hotel. The location is amazing, right in the center of Medina, though at the beginning the hotel is a bit tricky to find. The breakfast on the roof tarace was a perfect was to start a day :)
