Superb location - 5 min walk from the North Gate. Makes it easier if you have to roll luggage thru the old town. Staff are friendly. We stayed in room 202 - nice king sized Bed Suite with Balcony and Living room.

Arriving at the hotel was in a rented car.
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, the staff is kind, the hotel environment is beautiful and clean, I asked for and got a room with a sea view.
On the other hand, our room complex - which was separate - did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage (there was no offer of the hotel's service - Bell Boy) and then climb three floors with the luggage on foot.

Customer service was top notch. Natasha was so kind, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The location is away from the busy town but a short taxi into town. The water access across the street was easy and peaceful. The on-site pool was beautiful and the included breakfast was excellent. You’re a short walk away from nearby restaurants, history and an excellent local bakery. I truly enjoyed every moment of the time here, and I’ll be back!

Coffee bar was excellent—staff makes great Americans and cappuccino! Front desk was helpful arranging my boat trip and car service to Dubrovnik. So quiet even though it’s right on the main entrance square—lots of vibrant activity just outside your window if you want to enjoy that, or just close up and it’s peace & quiet.
