Do not be disappointed upon arrival. While the Azimut may seem just a bit outdated from the outside, the inside is very nice, with rooms appearing to have been renovated recently. The bathroom was actually the nicest in our weeklong trip to Montenegro. Teh room, with a queen size bed and comfy bedding were very cozy. A well-stocked minibar is available. A quiet AC is available. And the view??? Just see the pictures... from an early morning sunshine over Stevi Stefan, to a great sunset, that is just amazing. We reserved a parking spot and were able to park next to the hotel front door. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was also great. With the low season underway there was no buffet, but many options are brought to the table). Walking to the beach takes just a few minutes.

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The views and sunsets are amazing.
The views and sunsets are amazing.
Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. It is easy to travel by car to other nearby towns and there is a good variety of different beaches to see.

The owner of the property was incredible.
The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan. You can enjoy the view of the island. Admittedly, there are a lot of people here during the season, so we often rested on neighboring beaches, where there are fewer vacationers

We arrived late and departed early the next morning, so we didn't get the opportunity to really explore this area. We visited in anticipation of stunning scenery and were not disappointed in what little or schedule permitted.

Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area.
Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area. I had an amazing time, especially in september when it was less crowded. You have a bus to move arround and it is close to Budva and Kotor wich are verry beautiful towns.
Accommodation in the apartment was great. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, they took out the garbage for us every day, and they changed our towels and bed linen halfway through our stay. The best was the location of the apartment, directly above the beach. From the terrace there was a wonderful view of the island of Sveti Stefan. We had no problem with parking, we also ordered a paid parking space when booking. I recommend it to everyone who travels here, because parking is a problem in the town.
Best hotel at Montenegro.
The staff are very kind - from the reception tell the clean staff all amazing people. Elena from the reception was wonderful she helped us at every need.
The food at the breakfast is very good , all kind of food. The coffee is delicious and they have various milk - soya.
The man who works at the bar near pool is so nice and kind (forgot his name).
The spa is clean , the message was perfect. Nadia is the top also nong.
Very recommended hotel
Thank you very much
Very nice and extremely comfortable room. Extra long and wide bed. Large terrace with all the furniture you could possibly need, basically an outdoor living room. Property is in a nice yard with olive trees. The location is excellent, it's just a short walk down some stairs to Sveti Stefan island and beaches. There's a store 100m down the street, a breakfast/pizza place right next door and a very restaurant - Drago, next to it. Our stay was quiet despite being so close to everything.
First of all, friendly hosts, spotless clean room with amazing view, such an excellent value for the money, close to market and some excellent restaurants. Sveti Stefan and the surrounding area are unique spots in the Adriatic/Montenegro coast with some of the most beautiful beaches and clean sea water. It is an eye candy. We had such a great time, and again, we thank the owners of "BMV" apartments for their hospitality.
We will definitely be back.
Location is absolutely stunning. Literally built into the side of a rock. Room was very comfortable and had enough basic stuff to cook a meal with a full sized fridge/freezer. Balcony looked directly out over the water and you could go swimming within 20 seconds of leaving your front door. Loads of fantastic restaurants along the beach and a good supermarket nearby. Hosts were very communicative and gave us a welcome drink upon arrival.
We enjoyed our stay in this family hotel. Very nice and spacious apartments, sparkling clean. Dada speaks fluently both Russian and English and was super helpful throughout our stay, and even gave us homemade pie and juice when we arrived. She advised us about the free parking and local beaches, provided us with beach towels and even an umbrella. That was one of our best experiences in Montenegro. Thank you!
I usually don’t write reviews but this was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had and I have been in great hotels all over the world. The staff was very helpful, always available, the restaurant had superb food, very well done and tasteful, the venue and the view were perfect for Sveti Stefan.. And there is also a beautiful pool and sauna, jacuzzi and turkish bath.. Just perfect
The location was lovely, it looks out on the Budva riviera and it away from noisy Budva but close to other towns like Sveti Stefan and Becici. We stayed in apartment 22 which had a balcony that was amazing. It was too cold to use the pool upstairs but we went up and sat there. The breakfast was great, it was in the restaurant downstairs and the their staff was ever helpful and lovely.
Excellent apartments, wonderful owners, cleaning every day, and there is a restaurant where you can have lunch, breakfast and dinner, prices are lower than in restaurants and portions are larger. You can buy good homemade wine and rakia. You need to walk down the steps to the beach for about 10 minutes.good seavoew from terrace
It was the best place of our stay in Montenegro. The location was perfect, close to Sveti Stefan municipal beach, to King's beach, to Milocer beach and Park. Owners were kind, caring, ang providing all nessesary support. Apartments were cozy and clean. We are thankful to the owners for so nice accomodation.
The location was optimal for beach access. Can accommodate larger groups due to the size of the apartment. Budget friendly if important. The restaurant on premises was super convenient and very decent food choices. Upper management was friendly and prompt with any requests like towels and toilet paper etc.
A bit expensive for Montenegro standards - still. The location is great and the views are wonderfull, and down the road (200m) there’s this local, fair prices restaurant that serves fresh local food with a view on the ocean. Skip the restaurant next to the hotel, where the prices are overrated.
Location of Villa Garden was excellent, super views, nice and quiet, great beaches only minutes away, private parking at the building. Staff was very friendly and available at all times. There is also an amazing local restaurant short walk away from the property with the freshest seafood.
Great location, as the apartments were close to restaurants and the beach front was a minute’s walk away. Very friendly staff, clean room and excellent value for money. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Springs, would come again if visiting Sveti Stefan.
Location in the middle of the beautiful beaches of the Sveti Stefan was perfect. Reeeally good breakfast and well working service. From our room opens amazing view to the sea and to Sveti Stefan island. Bed in the room was one of the best I've ever slept in hotel.
Luxury apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach , walking trails, restaurants and markets. Our hosts were so sweet and helpful to giving us tips on where to go.
The room size and the bed was comfortable. It was also very close walking distance to Sveti Stefan beach and had very nice view from the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel also gives you beach towels and beach umbrella!
The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable, a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and the host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sveti Stefan.
Clean and spacious room, very well located in the city center with breathtaking views on the island of Sveti Stefan. The rooms are above a restaurant, but it's very quiet. Great breakfast included !
Host was very friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better. Great restaurants within a few minutes. We liked the Olive restaurant for breakfast with a view and Konoba More for dinner.
