Nice new hotel with excellent breakfast and a view to the sea and St Stefan island. Staff is very helpful, cleanliness is beyond reproach. Private beach and private parking are great. Nice bathroom.
There are some nice and not-so-expensive bars and restaurants nearby.

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place.
Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The views and sunsets are amazing. Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. The owner of the property was incredible.
The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area. I had an amazing time, especially in september when it was less crowded. You have a bus to move arround and it is close to Budva and Kotor wich are verry beautiful towns.

Very quiet, not noisy and in 5 mins walk to the main beach. Cleaning: the daily cleaning service was eccellent. I loved that I had a kettle in my room , so I could have hot coffee or Tea. I love the little balcon with seaview. I think price was good for the service I got. The air conditioning in the room was perfect. Jovan and the other receptionist were vero helpful and friendly. Location was brilliant, and it was well air conditioned which was super refreshing after being on the beach. Restaurant accompanying hotel was on the doorstep, literally, and was very good. Apartments have own sector of beach with sunbeds/umbrellas available at a room rate of €15 per day (room rate, we got 4 sunbeds for this rate). Apartment was very spacious and included 2 toilets.

Management : I have to give them the highest score of 10 as we had 12 people ages 16-23 - rowdy group - the owners had no issues with occasional noise , and teenage drama . The view is unbelievable and I think you’d struggle to find a better location in Sveti Stefan. The beach is literally down the steps from the balcony which is a perfect setting to watch the sun go down. There is a restaurant on the beach called Amadeus around 30-40m from the apartment which is quite basic, but the people are friendly, the food is excellent, inexpensive and the view is amazing.AbigailUnited Kingdom

There is a great view on the mountains and the sea. Sveti Stefan (the island itself) is only 5 minutes by car. The rooms are spatious, tidy and clean. Well equipped. But what is the most fantastic about the apartments is the host, Vera, who is super helpful, nice and kind. She waited and treated us with numerous small presents, surpises and acts of kindness.
