Score from 194 reviews Very good
Terrible location restaurant has no ambience, only a TV with movies is on. And there is no bar where you can seat, have a few beers and listen to some music. bedrooms are way too dark. Staff has no customer service abilities. WAAAAAAAY TOO OVERPRICED.
I loved being able to venture into the city and have everything I need at or near the hotel.
Everything was good. No cons.
Design of public areas and room. Didn't use food service Clean
Rooms are nice, spacious and quiet. Perfect for long layovers. I've had two 12 hour layovers in Mexico city, and both times I slept great here, during the day and at night. They even had a half-price rate for my long daytime layover. The free airport shuttle both ways is really convenient.
I arrived in mexico city airport at 1 am, found the Hotel Grand Prix booth and gotmy free hotel shuttle bus. Room was clean and lovely and I slept well after a 12 hour flight.
The staff were nice but a lot of talking to each other and playing on mobile phones which is just very Mexican I think
The taxi services
shuttle service relatively cheap compared to other options clean comfortable
breakfast not included, staff not particularly motivated
Clean and comfy - Restaurant staff - very helpful Very good value for money comparatively -
The reception staff were unhelpful and aloof - I wouldn't have turned to them for anything I'm afraid - it would be great also to have someone in reception who speaks some English !!
I just like this hotel, near the airport, free shuttle, big rooms ( ask for the business rooms) nice staff, good food, excellent service. It is just great
free shuttle, nice staff, nice room and very affordable price. what more do you need?
The guy from de from desk was unfriendly and kinda rude.
Near the airport n comfortable excellent to have a shuttle bus to the airport
Near to the Mexico City airport. Great value
Wi-fi signal was weak.
It was close to the airport & I was coming in at 1:15AM. It was least expensive hotel close to airport.
Communication wasn't good - I never got a response to my inquiry about late shuttle service, advertised as going until 11PM but I needed a pick up at 1:30AM; no shuttle. I reserved on-line & the confirmation e-mails I got said I couldn't cancel without losing the $, not a disclosure I saw before booking; I esp requested a late check-out as I was getting in so late & was told noon was the latest, was NOT told construction would start in the hallway outside my room at 8AM. I would not stay here again.
the restaurant.....no early hours for coffee or food..you.need to open at 5:00am
The Airport Shuttle is very useful! Excellent hotel with all the facilities you need!
The staff here really makes sure you're comfortable and are at your service at any time. Room service has great food
Transfer from/to the airport is perfect; very spacious room.
Awfully washed towels - grey and all stained, absolutely not appropriate! Needed to wait for the hot water become actually hot. In the transaction sms from bank there was Hotel Herca indicated, what made me think it was a mistake until the very arrival to the hotel. At that noone at the reception could clearly explain/comment on this issue. Far from the nearest metro station but I stayed only for 1day/2 nights and used a taxi to get to/from the metro station, so it wasn't really a problem for me.
Proximity to the airport.
Was not able to find the hotel's airport office at once so had to wait a while for the shuttle.
Location, price, shuttle service - good connections to take the 30 Pesoairport bus to downtown -otherwise food was very average
Nobody at the front desk could speak english
easy transfer by hotel shuttle. friendly staff. clean rooms
close proximity to airport; 24 hr shuttle bus; ese of finding hotel kiosk at airport; modern room; decent size
requested for wake up call at 2:30am. Lancelot (evening staff) did not note change in my room # so I never got the wake up call. No apology given by morning staff. Need better customer service. Not enough light in room
I expected a bigger buffet breakfast but the restaurant food was excellent !
New modern look did an excellent job of hiding the old infrastructure. The helpful woman who worked in the buisness center who translated for me.
THat my room had not face clothes and when I went to the front desk and asked she said that they would send someone up with them but they never showed up. Having cold showers.
