The hotel facilities were excellent. Big, great pool area, with a pool bar at one side, where we could sit down in the pool having great drinks. Loved the fact that they had a jacuzzi for adults only (children were not allowed into the jacuzzi). The beach was perfect and big, right at the beach. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded.
Loved the size of the "romantic rooms", and these kind of rooms had sun beds on the balcony (the other rooms with sea view and balconies only had ordinary chairs).
The hotel was perfectly wheelchair accessible, and the staff was helpful with meeting our requests.
The location could not have been better, with only a few minutes walk to the centre of all the restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
The food wan't at its best, so god thing we did not have all inclusive there.
Was annoyed by the fact that parents did not respect "the adults only" rule in the jacuzzi, even when they were spoken to by the hotel staff. The hotel had a huge main pool, and another one for children, so no need to disrespect the one and only rule of the hotel.
There were a lot of noise on our balconies during the daytime, as they did construction work right outside at the time we were there.
