Great customer service

nothing I love staying in this hotel and will return

Excellent service, quiet rooms, location for trip organising, parking facility.

slightly far from shopping areas and slightly close fo red light district (attention for travellers with children :) )

Large room, large bathroom, great friendly front-desk service, They even did room cleaning and turndown service twice in one day. Car parking was expensive but safe and very convenient, handled by staff.

One concierge seemed uninterested in helping us.

The room was very standard for what you pay needed a good decorate definitely over priced , we were very disappointed in the room for the amount we paid.

Beds and mattress not good & tv to old & Air condition is not cool

Facilities, reception, bar, restaurant, all very modern and new

Rooms were small and decor tired, bathroom tiles behind shower needed replacing

Location , spacious lobby with a nice coffee shop . free water in the lobby . overall fair treatment and good information from the concierge.

Standard rms are very small ,beds 150/180 for 2 , rms on the 4th flr are very noicy, old and small televisions , no flat screen , bathrooms are basic , cleaning poor .Only one pillow is given , unless you ask for more ... we were first given a one size bed for two , then they changed our rooms to bigger ones both had a heating problems . our heater could not go down and in the other room we could not start it on . few staff members tried but could not fix them free internet is very slow, it stopped during 6 or 7 hrs , actually you need to buy the high speed one : 6.60 euros per day.. They do advertise free but it is not .... beakfast far to expensive, coffee machines are always empty, no milch ... no staff on the breakfast ..

Our beautiful room in one of the traditional 'houses' and the lovely reception area. Your staff, too, particularly in the Bistro were very friendly, charming and polite.

The only slight disappointment was that we didn't know the restaurant would be fully booked - we found it unusual not be able to dine in the main restaurant of the hotel we were staying at. Perhaps you could point out in future that you must book ahead to dine in the restaurant? However, we did have a lovely meal in the Bistro, where the staff were great, so it wasn't too much of a disappointment - this is merely just a comment!

The hotel is classified as a 5 star hotel which in fact is not. The room i stayed was stuffy and with the extra bed cramped. What is more the rooms are noisy that's why we are provided with ear tips. The room furnishing was old fashioned. To make my long story short disappointing last impressions.

Great location right in the middle of the city. Can easily walk to most tourist attractions. Free Wifi

The room was seriously outdated, felt like going back in time. We were on the 4th floor but could still hear street noise in the early hours of the morning.
