Clean and comfortable! Great location!
WIFi was almost unusable, needs to be much faster!
Really nice common area courtyard. Very relaxing environment; nice buffet breakfast. Clean. Walking distance to major sites.
Excellent location, in the heart of the old city. The place where you have breakfast is very comfortable.
The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, bright, and clean. You can't beat the location!
I got frustrated with the wi-fi. It would not stay connected and I found myself logging back in every few minutes.
I am very impressed with the style of the hotel and the comfort level; it has pretty much meet my expectations for my travel
The hotel's taxi service is normally higher than the ones which we could order from the streets
An impeccable hotel, with the best lobby i've ever been.Nice breakfast.Very good staff.
Nothing at all!
The staff was very helpful with everything. Shopping area, close to the Plaza de Armas and close to other nice restaurants especially the French Restaurant down the block.
Beautiful historical building, very close to the main attractions and with a nice restaurant.
Wifi in the bedroom did not work during all the period.
The location was excellent and ths staff very friendly.
The wifi signal was very poor and you kept having to sign in. For a hotel of this standard the food was quite poor. Much better food in restaurants along the street, fresh cooked not reheated.
Treated really well by staff; food was great; very comfortable, safe environment.
Internet connections were spotty.
Sometimes could not communicate clearly with the staff in English.
A great location, a nice clean room, and varied breakfast all made our stay great.
The hotel is located on a narrow one way street so drop offs and pick ups always block traffic.
An absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet contains an astonishing variety of foods, all excellent. When I forgot my jacket in the room while checking out, the hotel later sent the jacket to the airport for me with a staff member, at no cost! Wi-Fi worked much better than in other hotels in Cusco. The restaurant food was superb and actually cheaper than at hotels of lesser quality.
Location, staff was very helpfull and friendly ,breakfast was excellent with many choices, room was cleaned promptly.Overhall we ware very impressed.
The only negative thing we found almost unbearable was the smell of exhaust in the tiny street during the day. Hopefully the municipality of Cuzco will realize the necessity to close the Historic center to traffic or to use electric vehicles.
Excellent service. Very professional staff. Clean large rooms. Excellent Location. Great breakfast.
...A little pricey
charming, high quality of the services offered. Very clean and helpful staff. Well located in a safe area. Highly recommendable. Internet free.Worth the money invested.
Staff was exceptional! Location was great.
Food was average. Beds soft and shower a bit awkward.
Felt very safe and secure for two women traveling alone. Very helpful with information.
Great staff that met every expectation.
Location very near Plaza de Armas. The beautiful Patio which is the heart of this historical building. Comfortable room and good bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Lack of any facilities.
The staff is amazong yussel is the best
Quiteness and cleanliness
The lights in bedroom are por; they are not good for Reading. Central patio needs plants
Horrible staff and worst concierge ever
Novotel was prepared for altitude sickness having its own O2 tanks for guests.. Coca tea is also available 24 hrs, but dont take it at night or you will not sleep well.
Everything was fine until the last day when we had problems with the tour for MachuPicchu... I did not get my refund for the guide that did not appear. Lesson learned dont trust people and buy tours from real tour operators
