From the moment we arrived the staff were super friendly, welcoming us with coca tea, and helping us with the check in process. The setting is gorgeous, a restored monastery, and the rooms are contemporary and ultra clean. The service was excellent throughout and we were only sorry they couldn't accommodate us on our return from Machu Picchu.
Car exhaust polution of street outside hotel
Location, service-mindedness of staff
The breakfast.. Somethings uncook
I like the location, the comfort , very clean
Liked it all it was a lovely hotel
Beautiful old building restored to perfection for a hotel of this class. Lovely glass covered courtyard for dining or socialising.
Reception won't even help to make a local call to help check address instead of going through me on my first day. When she finally did, she said it will be charge to room. Experience was not great given this is a decent chain hotel.
Location Concierge Building is unique
Very small rooms, breakfast lacks variety, toilet did not flush well
Good location and lovely heritage building
Excelent location Great breakfast Comfortable beds
The architectural design of this hotel is delightful, and it certainly is conveniently located to everything in Cusco. Breakfast was delicious, the room was quite comfortable and quiet, and the staff was fantastic.
We loved the food!! Very helpful with menu for the group. Very efficient staff!
we got upgraded to a colonial style room; however, this meant a lot of night time noise from the cobbled street outside (shouldn't be a problem in the newer parts of the building)
very charming building close to all the main attractions
It has 2 single beds on the second floor and a king bed on the first floor. We had 3 people. But we were only allowed 2 people in the room. Therefore had to book 2 rooms. So the 3 of us had 6 beds. It took about an hour to check us in and there is no line. They took our passport and asked us to sit in the lobby. We have no idea what they were doing. When we asked helped to book tickets to Macchupichu, the lady staff in the morning gave us the run around. Only when I got a little upset, she did something. I am sure there is some kick back deal going between the staff and the travel agents. That's fine. At least give good service.
The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent.
Internet connection dos not work
The hotel was built in an ancient Inka monastery. The structure is perfect. Nice rooms and comfortable bed.
hard to get drinking water--more complimentary bottles would be nice or some way to refill water bottles would be nice
Great breakfast buffet; comfortable rooms; attentive staff; great bed; wonderful rain showers; large bathrooms

WIFi was almost unusable, needs to be much faster!
Clean and comfortable! Great location!
Really nice common area courtyard. Very relaxing environment; nice buffet breakfast. Clean. Walking distance to major sites.
Excellent location, in the heart of the old city. The place where you have breakfast is very comfortable.
I got frustrated with the wi-fi. It would not stay connected and I found myself logging back in every few minutes.
The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, bright, and clean. You can't beat the location!
The hotel's taxi service is normally higher than the ones which we could order from the streets
I am very impressed with the style of the hotel and the comfort level; it has pretty much meet my expectations for my travel
Nothing at all!
An impeccable hotel, with the best lobby i've ever been.Nice breakfast.Very good staff.
The staff was very helpful with everything. Shopping area, close to the Plaza de Armas and close to other nice restaurants especially the French Restaurant down the block.
Wifi in the bedroom did not work during all the period.
Beautiful historical building, very close to the main attractions and with a nice restaurant.
The wifi signal was very poor and you kept having to sign in. For a hotel of this standard the food was quite poor. Much better food in restaurants along the street, fresh cooked not reheated.
The location was excellent and ths staff very friendly.
Internet connections were spotty.
Treated really well by staff; food was great; very comfortable, safe environment.
