The apartment is strictly forbidden to organize events and smoking, in the event of breaking the rules, it is possible to remove it from the premises immediately or add additional fees, i.e. cleaning and anti-smoking ozonation. The apartment has a guest counting system, if there are more guests in the apartment after 22.00 than declared when ordering, we require a surcharge for rent for an additional person / s, or to leave the premises. In the event of failure to comply with the regulations, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay in the Old Town Apartment immediately.

The stay in the apartment lasts from 2:00 PM until 11:00 AM the next day. The tenant receives two separate access codes to the apartment, sent to their Booking account message, 4 hours before the start of the rental. In the standard option, the apartment is rented for a maximum of 1-4 persons, with an area of 38m2, featuring 1 bedroom containing 1 double bed, and 1 living room with a kitchenette where there is 1 double bed. With the premium option, the rented apartment has an area of 54m2 and is suitable for 5-7 persons. We add an additional room to the unit, currently equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. There is an absolute ban on organizing parties and smoking in the apartment. In case of violation of these rules, immediate eviction from the premises may occur, or additional charges may apply, such as cleaning and anti-smoke ozonation. The smoking ban also applies to the staircase. The apartment has a guest counting system. If there are more guests in the premises after 10:00 PM than declared at the time of booking, an extra charge for the additional person/ s may apply, or the guests may be required to vacate the premises. Failure to comply with the regulations gives the Owner the right to immediately terminate the Guest's stay at the Starówka Apartment.
