The property is very good, very clean and comfortable. The only situation was a minor issue with the booking, than result and a cancellation because the host group understood that the room was not available. Fortunately the host group verify the information again and immediately call me again to indicate that the room was available and all was result satisfactory. Location is great, and room was very clean and comfortable for sleep the night.

Studio 7 was quite spacious and offered a well-equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, full size refrigerator, utensils, microwave, blender), and fast WiFi (we were able to stream videos on multiple devices just fine). The king-sized bed is comfy, the TV is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the air conditioner works very well to cool the room. The shared washers and dryers onsite are free and very spacious (enough for a large load of clothes or to wash your sheets) and the included parking behind a locked gate made us feel secure. The pool is heated (pretty much the same temperature as the connected hot tub) and it was nice to lounge under the umbrellas. The host is efficient and very responsive to any questions or requests you may have (the original blender we had was broken and a staff member brought us a new one the next morning). I recommend having a car if you're visiting this part of the island, but even without a car, you're within a 15-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores (less than 5 mins by car). Overall, I can recommend this place if you want to visit Dorado!

The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.
