The location was perfect for us. Close to beaches/hiking trails. Found good restaurants also within a 10 minute drive. The owner gave us very precise directions on how to get into the property. It was a gated community. The place was immaculately clean. Nice balcony to overlook the water. It's a studio, so fine for us (a couple). They dropped off some beach chairs for us, which was nice! There is a nice pool on the property. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back there again.

We loved the location of the house. It made it easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and bars. Also loved the back garden for some private outdoor space. The AC worked well. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and a (slightly broken but still usable) cooler provided for beach trips. The host was responsive to questions and everybody we met in the town of Luquillo was so friendly. We would definitely come back!

We have to give special recognition to Luis, who administers the property for the owners. He was immediately responsive to all of our questions. The pool was large and right next to the building and the beach was only a few yards further away.
