The property is very good, very clean and comfortable. The only situation was a minor issue with the booking, than result and a cancellation because the host group understood that the room was not available. Fortunately the host group verify the information again and immediately call me again to indicate that the room was available and all was result satisfactory. Location is great, and room was very clean and comfortable for sleep the night.

The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.

The room was spatious and well distributed. There was working cable TV and AC. The room and toilet were clean. They exchange the towels daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Good water pressure. Regarding the price: it was the most convenient accomodation I could find near Arecibo (8 mins drive).

We got to know the owners well, because they availed themselves. There was no access to cable, but I had access to Wi-Fi and was able to do what I had to do indoors or outdoors. We had the necessary amenities and if there was something you needed--you were encouraged to ask. Island food just steps away. Shopping and movie theater, just a short drive from this location.
