Lovely studio preferably for two people . Include kitchen (microwave, refrigerator), TV (Smart TV-Roku), closet, wifi over fiber optic cable (INTERNET SPEED -Up to 100Mbps-download speed / Up to 10Mbps-upload speed). Pool and laundry (wash and drying) at the first floor. Lock Box Check-In. For security, the condominium has cameras (24/7)in common areas such as the elevator. There is free parking available on the property. Limited parking first come first serve. We are not responsible for objects or items left or lost on the property or in your vehicle. The guest is responsible for the keys and pay for them if they are lost. We reserve the right of admission. Remember that you are visiting a tropical island and a property near the beach, so depending on the season there may be mosquitoes in the area. In that case, keep doors and windows closed, air conditioning or fan on.
If you need any help or something, I will do my best or send you some of my assistants to help you.
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only 13 min in car to Old San Juan. 9 min in car from the airport. Walking distance to Loiza street, supermarket (Super Max 24/7) , restaurants, casinos, hotels ( La Concha, Condado Plaza & The Vanderbilt),pharmacies (Farmacia Mercier Drug store 1.5 blocks away on 1511 C.Loíza),clubs, bars. No need for car.
