The place is perfect! It takes just 1 minute to walk to the ocean or to one of the main streets of Funchal - Santa Maria. Everything is close: shops, cafes, bus stations, cable car, marina. Apartments have all facilities even for longer stay: kitchen with full equipment, washing machine, parking place.

The location is amazing, the old center is within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet. Very well maintained and clean apartment, the kitchen, is the best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental apartment and the details make the stay even better. Examples of those details are that there are already some washing pods and coffee capsules on arriving, so I didn't have to go out and buy them, and a place to hang laundry on one of the two balconies. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans which is even better, I stayed mid-summer and the ceiling fans were more than enough to make it very comfortable. Plus, it is more energy-friendly than airco. I was working from 'home' from this apartment and the wifi is excellent. communication with the host went through WhatsApp and was very easy, they always replied quickly. Would definitely stay again if I come back.

Very well equiped apartement with all you need for your stay. I really loved the location as it is not directly in the center, but perfectly at the edge of it. In only few minutes you are at the beach or in the old town. The place was also very clean and contact with the owner was great from the beginning to the end. I can highly recommend this apartement to everybody!

Excellently located within 50 metres from Praia da Barreirinha (and the sea) and the Old Town, the apartment boasts two terraces overlooking a typical Madeiran side street. The terraces belong respectively to the living room and the bedroom, and are full of natural daylight. The rooms and the whole place are spacy, nicely furnished, and have enough living space without feeling cramped. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hot plates and washing machine, and with everything you would need for your holiday. I was also pleasantly surprised by the two coffee machines: one for espresso with capsules, and the other one for filter coffee.

Excellent location, perfect for the old town restaurants and bars (there's an excellent bar just a few steps away at the bottom of the street). Apartment is very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. Balcony didn't really get any sun when we were there, but it's still pleasant to sit out. We really enjoyed our stay here, despite a couple of minor annoyances

A Cristina, foi muito simpática e muito acessível. Foi possível fazer o check-in mais cedo, o que facilitou muito pela hora em que chegámos à Madeira. A casa é muito confortável e acolhedora. Estava equipada com tudo o que era necessário para as nossas refeições. Supermercado e cafés muito próximos. Tem garagem, o que ajuda bastante a nível de estacionamento. Sem dúvida que se voltarmos iremos ficar no apartamento da Cristina.
