3 bedroom apartment with two floors, suitable for families with children. On the 1st floor are; the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace balcony. It has large sliding doors to the lounge and bedroom terrace allowing plenty of natural light and a great view of the sea. On the 2nd floor are; the two bedroom, the child's bedroom, the leisure space, a bathroom and balcony with barbecue sea view and grove.

32 ° 42'28.6 "N 16 ° 46'05.9" W 32,7707941, -16,768293 The quiet neighborhood is located in a former tourist accommodation "Matur tourist district". The whole neighborhood is situated in the heart of a 1 square kilometer forest where you can hike along various trails and see various species of trees and shrubs, as well as watch birds and other small animals such as ants, bees , insects and small reptiles, the geckos a typical species of our island. The place has mild coastal temperatures and every morning hears the birds sing. The view is a mix of forest green and sea blue. At sea, the sun rises every morning that you can quickly see from the balcony and even from the bedroom. The sea view is on three deserted islands, (for this reason the accommodation is called Deserta Grande (island)) as well as on the various cruises that pass by. At night you can contemplate the reflection of moonlight on the sea, the light of fishing boats in the wide sea and the twinkling stars in the sky. Nearby, at 500m there is a viewpoint, where you can admire the beautiful view over Machico and Ponta de São Lourenço, great view at night and at dawn you can see the sun rise.
