Modern studio apartment, with maximum capacity for 4 people, located in one of the most touristic hubs of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the beaches of the entire coastal area of the city. This property, situated on the 1st floor of a building with lift, has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with good sun exposure and comfortable outdoor furniture. This apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The living room is divided in two areas, a living area, with sofa bed, cable TV and a small dining area, and also a sleeping area, with a double bed. The bathroom is common to all areas and is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary amenities to enjoy a good stay. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
