Rounded by a pure Madeira Island natural environment of tropical garden with fruits and totally quiet relaxing place.Close to services, restaurants, beach and levadas walking paths. The unique and autentic location for a real true contact with nature. Close to Ribeira Brava and Ponta do sol in the land that never end sun ! It is a single-family house on a plot of about 400 m, with a room with a double bed with its bathroom and one double room also with ensuite bathroom, . It has a spacious living room with a comfortble sofa and a kitchenette, It also has a dining table for 6 people and a bathroom for common use. The house has a porch next to a large terrace where there is a barbecue covered with firewood available to guests. Pool heating: There is an extra cost of 50EUR per day with a minimum of 7 days. In case of late check in: Check in until 22h00: free/no extra charge Check in between 22h00 and 00h00: 30EUR Check in after 00h00: 50EUR

From here you can go to any point of the island, due to the proximity of the access of the highway, which allows you to move to several points of interest around the island. If you want to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car.
