Score from 504 reviews Very good
Very well situated near the sea and the Belem tower. Nice spacious rooms. Helpful hotel staff.
Rooms feeling a bit worn and used.
The hotel was clean, quiet, well managed and the area felt very safe. I loved the location- far enough away from downtown to not feel like a party, but close enough to be convenient and with lots of monuments and restaurants near by to enjoy.
... there was a dog outside the hotel who woke me up a lot barking. But that is not their fault so I don't blame the hotel at all :)
Hotel well situated, very helpful staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfsst with famous Belem pastries
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist with every need. The wine at the wine bar was amazing, and you can only get it at this hotel chain because the owner of the hotel ownes the winery. I would recommend this hotel and would return in a heart beat.
Location Breakfast Wi-Fi
Location was great, easy to find coming over the bridge from the south. Very helpful receptionist told us the way back! Able to park outside in the street - free. Room was great, quiet, modern, comfortable. Lovely breakfast, pastries from the local patisserie were excellent . . . get down to breakfast early before they're gone!!
The location is very nice--quiet, with cozy restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Breakfast and wifi are included. Staff at the front desk are very helpful.
It is a bit overpriced for Lisbon, there is no gym, breakfast should start earlier for business guests.
Rooms require refresh painting
nice location, nice staff when needed help, excellent food for breakfast, clean nice design of interior
poor wi-fi in the room, must go to the lobby
allowed me to check in early so that I could change in time to attend a meeting
Great hotel, with great staff that went over and beyond of what we expected.
Quite Nice hotel. Owner was very helpful at check-in Even though parking was on the forecourt is was safe enough. Good breakfast
No criticism of the Hotel
Friendly helpful staff . All most all staff had a good command of English.
The hotel rates seemed fairly expensive although I know it offered an excellent locations near to all transport.
The view to the monestary and the selection of the mini bar
The staff was a little too laid back and did not really greet us welcome as we arrived (I wasn't sure where the reception was).
good location and easy to get to. the tram takes you almost to the door. quiet safe area. friendly staff, good breakfast and a comfortable bed
There was nothing to dislike
The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and tourist attractions. Facility was nice and modern. Breakfast was excellent. We had to leave early in the morning and they prepared a box lunch for us at no extra charge. Location was very good. Very short walk to the monastery, easy walk to Belem Tower and the river front.
All was good.
Staff very helpful and responsive. Wonderful location next to the monastery and easy walk to the river.
Wear of the anti slip surface in the bath caused very slippery surface, but Manager committed to reviewing this for all rooms.
- friendly staff at reception desk - the pastei de Belém at breakfast - the calmness within the hotel
- a refreshment of the room and bathroom is however recommended
Location is awesome. Train, tram, bus available to downtown. Train to beaches. Restaurants, food shops around the corner. Touristic attractions a few steps away. Better than the city! Quiet and no hills to climb. Reception was extremely helpful. We were a bit hesitating as room size was shown as 12-14 m2 on booking.com and few people complained on that. In our case both rooms had enough room, no worries that you can not open your luggage like in Amsterdam, etc. This hotel was simply perfect for our needs.
Wifi was sometimes poor in certain areas of the room. This could be improved. Close to door it was always OK, so no bad taste. It is hard to complain after such a great experience!
The location just across from the Jeronimos monastery was super-convenient for visiting Belem. The town is quiet once the museums close, so it's very restful. The breakfast selections are especially generous - you can get smoked salmon and pasteis de Belem.
Construction activity lasted from 8:30 in the morning to 7pm. I assume this will end soon.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
No pool or gym.
Clean, contemporary. Friendly, helpful staff.
Air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the room cool
Great location for visit Belem. .The stuff were very nice We were able to park our car right in front the hotel for free.
The staff, the breakfast, the location
Really bad wifi in the room
