Private parking spot, daytime building concierge and fantastic heated infinity pool and solarium on the 6th floor of the building, where you will have a breathtaking view of the ocean, the harbor and the town. One of the best spots to enjoy the Christmas lights of Funchal and the New Year's Fireworks. You'll have the entire studio at your disposal plus the private parking spot. The pool and solarium in the building are shared with the other residents. Our guests also have access to the Savoy Resident Card that offers weekly or monthly benefits in the Savoy Signature hotels, restaurants and spas, including price discounts and access to the pools and ocean from the Savoy Signature hotels, among other benefits. Our apartment is in the heart of Downtown Funchal, around the corner from Mercado dos Lavradores, rua Fernão de Ornelas, Zona Velha and Avenida do Mar. You cannot find a more central location in Funchal. You can walk to the entire Downtown and all the way up to Lido if you have some time. You're close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fresh produce and fish markets, restaurants, gyms and nightlife, but in a quiet apartment with double-glass windows. We are 200 meters from the Teleférico Funchal-Monte, 350 meters from the Cathedral and 650 meters from the Jardim Municipal. Lots of options! You have the choice of enjoying a vacation without a car and walk all along Downtown Funchal or Avenida do Mar and Avenida do Infante to Lido. You can also use our private parking spot in the building and drive from a central location to anywhere in Funchal in less than 10 minutes. Car rental companies are located around the corner and a taxi stop is across the street. Almost all the public buses stop in the area, including the Aerobus connecting with the airport.
