This was our first time at the hotel. We had an early flight to catch. They were excellent in handling everything. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. Comfortable room. Excellent facilities. Will return no problem recommending it.
breakfast compote, fruits
helpful staff, comfortable and large suite, windows that open, large bathroom with tub, shower and bidet
After travelling around Transylvania, we ended our trip in Cluj-Napoca from the same point we started, so we stayed again in this hotel. Staff already knew us, and we're not sure why but our room this time was way more spacious and extremely nice.
The terrace was closed and we couldn't dine at the restaurant because there was a baptism going on :(
Staff was very helpful and attentive. They helped us rent a car and show us on the map the things we could visit. The WiFi was working very well. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Everything was really good, but if I had to say something, the terrace bar was closed when we stayed.
Location was perfect. Close to downtown. Nice view from room. everything was clean and neat.
For the price there are better hotels in Cluj. The breakfast was minimal at best. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs and cut up hot dogs were it for hot food. The only fruit was some week old apples. I'm Gluten free so the choices were very limited. I asked them for more fruit and they said that's all they were allowed to give. The bartender told me there was a dispute between restauraunt leaser and hotel owner so they were not allowed to do anything more. Rooms were average size but a 3 star amenities in bathroom. towels were small thin. Soaps I would even use. no iron or board. I asked for one as I was there for several days of business so I press my shirts in the morning. They brought me one and took it back the next day, making me request it every day. Smoke detector was covered with plastic as they had had a fire in one of the rooms???
good location nice stuff
Staff were excellent and really friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that I have a good stay.
I stayed here with my husband. The hotel is right in the city center... you can walk to the city attractions. We had a double standard room, with a 1,40 m./ 2.00 m long bed ( a little small if you ask me ). The room was clean, not so big, but ok, with a small balcony watching over the city's buildings, clean bathroom with shower, good wifi, a kettle, slippers and bathrobes. Helpful and nice staff! For us, the breakfast could be better, more varied, with fruits. Overall I think it's a little expensive for what it offers, but the location is excellent.

Staff was helpful
Breakfast wasn't the best
The hotel has an a wonderful location, very modern, clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful & friendly, the wifi was good in our room, the breakfast had scrambled & fried eggs, sausage, plus cold items...yogurt, cheese, meats etc.
The beds are very hard so we didnt get a good sleep. We chose to keep the balcony door closed because of the street noise but the air conditioner didnt cool the room.
We had a great room, and a stunning view. The breakfast was perfectly fine, not the greatest I have had in Europe, but far from the worst. The staff was very helpful.
Location and good service
all was best
Very nice hotel in the center, clean rooms. I even had a little balcony overviewing the nice square, breakfast was ok (nothing extraordinary)
private parking was very crowded and tight
Location, close to everything. Room was clean and had everything needed for a short-term stay.
-Turning on TV in the room requires a doctorate ...never had problems before but this one I couldn't figure out. Getting the reception guy at 12 am is definitely not an option for a single travelling girl. -Breakfast (food and juices were very average, fruits were spoiled (esp. watermelons) -Sound isolation is not very good, my room was close to the service room and I could hear non stop the door slamming.
There was a beautiful view from the window.
the room , breakfast , wifi, location
- shower cabin - good breakfast - nice terasse with view over the city
It was in a good location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Felt safe. Terrace was lovely for dining - great views
The air conditioning was very poor and needs attention. ( note other visitors have commented on this )
Comfortable suite, central location, parking
Coffee at breakfast was pretty poor
Location, location, location Modern hotel with excellent facilities and even better service. Everyone from the bellhops, to reception personnel to the restaurant staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Book a room with a view of the Avram Iancu plaza and you will have the best view in town as those rooms overlook the Ortodox Cathedral, the National Theatre and the statue of Avram Iancu. Floors 3 and 4 are executive rooms (bbetter and more private). Terrace restaurant is great in good weather as it has a panoramic view of the city. If arriving by car, call ahead to reserve one of thd 7 or 8 garage spaces for overnight parking
Restaurant stops serving at 9:30 pm.
Everything from Check-in to Check-Out.
There's nothing I didn't like.
