Entirely new decorated place with new furniture and appliances compsed by one room with extandable couch for 2 persons , one fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin and hall , located at the first floor of the building (no lift)., near city center (walking distance around 500 meters), The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, coffee espresso machine ,microwave oven, gas cooking plate, washing machine, air conditioner, cable smart android flat screen TV , free Wi-Fi. Free private or public parking near building, Free hand soap , free body shower , free shampoo,free free cleaning products , free spices, free sleepers, extra blankets/pillows/towels/bedsheets even for a long stay. Free coffee & bottle of water on arrival day. Suitable for working travellers , having a laptop friendly area. Self check in & out .
Experienced host in home sharing platforms focused on guests satisfaction. Already with previous guests which return to our location due pleasant past time stay.
The suite is, located near city center (walking distance around 500 meters), with 2 supermarkets nearby (less than 100 mtrs Jam and Annabella) , fast foods (dabo doner, pizza bonita, pierre, rotiseria banat, pizzeria nostra etc), various banks/ATM's , groceries , market, stores etc. Walking distance to city center around 10 mins. Free parking place or free public parking around building.
