Excellent staff, very good services. Wide choices at breakfast, Clean envronment Did not use swimming pool but of course is a plus.
Bathroom could be cleaned better.
Nice pool. The staff at the pool super ok. Clean room and bathroom. Water, coffe and tea in the room. Great location.
Staff at the bar is so rude. Asked for a second duvet, got an ugly blanket. Food not so great. The bed is not comfortable at all.
stuff was speaking english includind in restaurant excellent breakfast late checkout possible
excellent pool and wellnes, hotel is even better in reality than it lookes in pictures, breakfast - fantastic!
a bit too small bathroom but very nice, well equipped and clean
İts just 10 min to old town by taxi , has a spa and all was really good.
Price for diner is too high for waht you get
The space of the reception, clean service. The staff was very very gentle. all the facilities, such as the spa, pool, sauna and more. I loved the fact that it was peaceful and quite.
For the moment nothing
restaurant staff rude, customer satisfaction training needed
a) design ! b) excellent the vitality club ! huge swimming pool , very good gym ! c) very polite and efficient staff d) excellent sleep, huge double bed e) very good breakfast
it is a little bit far from the city center but taking a taxi (2 euros) is a ten mins distance! (5- 7 euros by taxi) for the airport!
We had a nice stay in the hotel. The aim of our stay were to relax in the spa. The equipment was perfect especially the swimming pool. The personal were helpful and available every time. We wanted to stay closed to the park and the "Hard rock Cafe" so the location were perfect for us. And the breakfast ....
We had 2 beds instead of a big one.
Location: very quite near the beautiful Park Herastrau.
convenience and staff support even thought i had an emergency and had to check out soon. thank u for booking.com as well for making policy on reducing duration of stay without penalty of payment
Discount offer at 63€ was a very good deal. (Incl. spa access)
Normal price it's too high but this is general situation in Bucharest.
nice view over the city from the top floors, cheaper than other 4-star hotels in Bukarest
remote location, no possibility to eat late night, noisy because of adjacent rail tracks and highway
The rooms were great, as was the food, pool and sauna, which is exactly what was needed ahead of another day of traveling.
I booking on booking.com, but their systems didn't recognize it because it was the weekend! I was then asked to email the booking to them, before I could check in, which was acceptable, except that their wi fi had problems in the reception area. I was told to go to the bar to get wi fi access, so that I could email the booking confirmation from booking.com. After a number of attempts to login, Reception told me it was my laptop that was to blame along.... and offered no more assistance.
Helpful staff, great breakfast, swimming pool. Easy to reach the expo area.
Coffee machine at breakfast.
The door between the rooms.in the last night we had 2 noisy russian women as neighbours.the rest was perfect
Petre Rotaru, Antonia Sedecaru & Marius Buculg best staff ever a bit far from the center 12 to 15 lie by taxi like about 5km it located between the airport and the center 8/10 WiFi Nice pool
The pool and the staff.
The breakfast is always the same and boring for few days!
Great breakfast !!!
Large swimming pool. Good location Good breakfast Good Booking offer compared with the walk-in price
Very little room (double deluxe) Very little TV (smaller than my phone) Lethargic waiters on breakfast (although many - without a supervisor) The smoking smell comes to the non-smoking room through the AC . It is soundproof towards outside , but not in-between rooms...so your kids may be initiated in grownup affairs .
Location - although close to center it relatively shaded from Bucharest's suffocating noise and traffic. 10 mins walk from largest park (Herastrau), 15 mins by car from main restaurants 20 mins from the main airport. Large and modern swimming pool and Jacuzzi.Decent breakfast. Excellent bed mattress .
The rooms are box sized, a double deluxe is 4x4m. The TV in the deluxe room is smaller than my phone display. The staff is always late in refilling the breakfast trays. Tennis courts are marketed but in reality it is a completely separate club (relatively close) with very difficult booking . They tend to over-price when the hotel is full (still the booking's offer is light years better than the walk-in)
We stayed at Ramada Plaza for 3 nights. As our trip was mostly for shopping (by car), the location was very convenient for us. 5-10 minutes to IKEA and Baneasa Shopping City. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast very decent, though you might have to wait a bit for refills. Comfy beds. The nearby restaurant serves very delicious food.
When we checked in, we noticed that the toiler had some fresh stains on it and a hair, which doesn't look well. We asked about it and 10 minutes later we got a different room. I spotted 2 strands of long hair in the bath towels, but it was no big deal. Some of the towels looked pretty worn out and never had that fresh smell to them.
They have a poor selection for the breakfast.
