Belgrade waterfront is perfectly designed and maintained,an oasis every big city should have.Otherwise,Belgrade with its hills and rivers has a lot of potential but beautifull -it is not.Charming though-it is.With traffic chaos, bad infrastructure, poor public transportation, dilapidated buildings but friendly, direct people,a lot of restaurant choices and vibrant nightlife. You will likely love it at the end.

Great value for money, especially when it comes to food and other consumables. Belgrade is something of a cradle of multiple civilisations and there are plenty of things to do both in the city or on day trips.

Overall Balkans are not for us as we had some previous experience with Montenegro.
We don't really like fat food, people smoke everywhere and even the capital Belgrade looks dirty and you can feel different smells, you know.
But still the architecture is really interesting and we loved our walks through the streets, bicycle culture seems to be great as well.

Thank you for your unprofessional response.
Thank you for your unprofessional response. That clearly states your educational and customer service level!!
By saying "I used your coffee machine, broke it, and caused a flood in your hotel" is just outrageous!!!!!!
It was prepared for me by your staff! There was "no sign posted anywhere, do not use this machine" !!
Before you unfairly accuse another guest of breaking it, perhaps you might add it in the future!
From 9 pm to 9 am I was unable to access the internet. It wasn't inaccessible "for just 45 minutes", as you said in your comment.
First and first, you ought to train your staff in providing a good customer service, and it goes without saying that the person who replied back to my review ought to have done it herself/himself first!!!!!!
I would never stay at your hotel again, and I would never recommend it to anyone either.
Thank you and goodbye from London City!!!

Not the best city for vacation.
Not the best city for vacation. We stopped over for a night due to the lengthy distance between Dubrovnik and Romania. Too much graffiti, kind of dirty as well and it doesn’t feel as safe as other countries that we visited.
But the accommodation and the traditional food were a very pleasurable experience.

Belgrade is a beautiful city but the accommodation is very poor for the rating given and restaurants tried to add a surcharge to the bill. The airport is very basic with no restaurant or any food to be purchased anywhere.
This was a wonderful discovery in the center of Belgrade. This little hotel is located very close to the center, it provides parking and it has a restaurant located on the mezzanine floor that is perfect for business meetings.
The staff is cordial and helpful, they go out of their way to serve you. Rooms are large, very well decorated, and business-oriented. Everything is super new and very clean. Breakfast is excellent. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I am happy I stayed here. Best value for the money!!!
THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN !!!
Unreal hotel..I am speechless..Pool at the top from which you can see the whole of Belgrade..Restaurant on the 9th floor that is fascinating and offers a view of Belgrade... Comfortable beds, bed linen made of natural materials, blinds on the windows that provide darkness in the room, quiet room, delicious food. Everything was perfect. The staff is too kind. The indoor pool and gym with sauna and Turkish bath are unreal. And free parking. THRILLED
By far the best, cleanest and most memorable accommodation experience in Serbia. The hosts met us at the apartment, showed us the facilities and the map of Belgrad with some recommendations. They were incredibly nice and kind! Spoke English very well. Belgrade had power failires because of a storm during our stay and they did everything to keep us updated and even organised us some matches so we could light candles. Definately coming back if we are ever in Serbia.
Tamara, Dusan and Senka where incredible, They do a great job at making you feel very comfortable. they are very engaging with people that stay making this one of or if not the best stay I have had at a hostel. The hostel is kept in great condition and is very central making it convenient to get around Belgrade. would stay here again next time I’m in Serbia. Thank you for the great time.
The staff was incredibly helpful and service minded. Rooms were spacious and very clean. In the reception there was a huge and nicely decorated lobby where we could sit and do some hours of work and the outdoor terrace had lots of great shade from the fig three (the name of the hotel). Food was incredible too, Best hotel we stayed in during our 1 week trip to Serbia.
We' ve been in Belgrade for 3 days, Envoy Hotel turned out the best choise!
Very clean, beautiful Hotel, the staff was extremely help full. Nice breakfast, ideal location in the heart of the city center.
I would stay again in a future visit in Belgrade, no need to search for anything else.
Next time I will make sure to find time to enjoy spa facilities as well.
The location of the Hotel is directly in the city center and perfect to explore Belgrade.
The room was big and comfy and the WiFi was operating super reliable. The room had a very modern climatization which was super useful in the hot weather conditions of Serbian summer. We also liked the breakfast which offered an extensive variety of local specialities.
Location, cozy and clean, super staff. I have been in Belgrade numerous times. I have stayed several times in Crowne Plaza (5 stars) and a lot of smaller hotels. But now I prefer this hotel among others. This will be our primary hotel in Belgrade onward. And its quite cheap for what You get. Hotel guys, just keep up the good work !
It is a very nice apartment in the New Belgrade. Furniture is new and comfy. It is quite spacey with basic dishes in kitchen. WiFi is good (which is important due to very high telephone prices in Serbia - country is not in EU). Owner is very nice. In order to get to city center it is best to take bus or tram (30-45min ride).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big compared to other European hotels. It was pretty modern. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect everything is walking distance to the old city of Belgrade. Lots of restaurants around and they are very cheap and the food in most is very tasty.
Excellent service! Extremely polite staff! Cleanliness in the hotel is at a high level!
Excellent location close to the city center and the pedestrian area! The breakfast is varied, and the menu even has traditional Serbian desserts and products!
We recommend for a visit to Belgrade!
The location of the hotel is fantastic - next to the Botanical garden, and close to the city center and the most important streets. The room was clean and well equipped, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi was functioning well. I really enjoyed my stay at Botanica.
We were travelling with a night stopover in Belgrade, thus, needed the hotel 10 minutes from the airport. In such perspective the hotel is great in terms of its location. Street is rather quite. Cheap transfer from the hotel to the airport is available even at night.
Hotel D10 is traditionaly my destination when visit Belgrade. Location + car Parking is very good, cleanleness always top, reception desk works well. Best of all is breakfast. Fresh dishes, bakeries and staff kindness & smiles waiting for the guests every morning.
Hotel is spotless! I had the best night in 8 days traveling through Bulgaria and now Serbia and Best Breakfast ever. 10mnts walk to train station. Receptionist are welcoming and eager to provide info to assist you as a tourist. Loved here. Will be back
Best location in Belgrade. Restaurants, coffee shops and pizza 1 minute away. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was super comfortable and clean. Usually it's more expensive but we found a good deal.
You have access to all transport in the city center. The hotel is quiet and easy to find. The parking is spacious. Breakfast was good but they can diversify. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Nice hotel.
The hotel had very good design, luxury, on a very good location, the stuff were very helpful, it was all very nice, perfect place to stay at if you want to feel the heart of Belgrade
The hotel is located in the city center of Belgrade, yet away from all the noise. The rooms are nice, with a very comfortable bathroom. We liked the breakfast a lot.
