They do as much as possible at the hotel to make one feel welcome with a huge buffet breakfast plus with Executive rooms you get access to their VIP lounge which provided a quiet space and food away from the room. Great idea.

In my opinion, the main area to be visited first can be described as a circle with the center in Republic Square and the radius from Republic Square to the Danube River. This covers the confluence between the Sava River and the Danube River, Kalemegdan, Nikola Tesla Museum, etc. Depending on the visitor, this area can be extended circularly or by individual objectives.
Public transport is well-developed and very cheap. It is convenient to take travel cards for at least one day on all means of transport.
There are many places where you can eat quite well at reasonable prices. Serbian cuisine is delicious.

An expensive and impersonal big city - nothing particularly attractive. The public transport is not easy to understand and the railway station / airport very far from the city. Most of the shops and restaurants are expensive and are priced like any European city. The old city is one big tourist trap. People are helpful but not warm. The feeling of being in the Balkans is somehow missing.
On the plus side the city is more European and cultural than any other in the Balkans. The infrastructure is moderately good and flight connections plentiful. There's enough to immerse yourself in for 2-3 days including a great late medieval castle and a couple of well maintained museums.

Nice city, friendly, much alive during the weekend, many things to visit. Not easy to get to the center from the airport (I took A1 for 4€ then bus 31) but asking around I figured it out. Cheap and good food!

Its really a good city to visit. 2-3 days of stay is sufficient for Beograd trip. Don't ever come in a summer months as it will be very hot. Ideal time might be in the transition months of winter to summer or end of summer. Clean and Safe city for any type of traveler.

Belgrade was a breath of fresh air, culturally vibrant, walkable, interesting, with a very friendly chill vibe. cafes, vendors, buskers all the things that make traveling wonderful. I hesitate to gush too much about Belgrade, because I don't exactly want everyone to descend upon this place & turn it into a place overrun by tourists. The City of Belgrade belongs to the Serbians, it is a city the Serbians enjoy & it is the Serbians & their culture that make it lovely.
The owner was a friendly, very polite and helpful Serbian guy, who carried our heavy luggage, showed us where to park (very close to the hotel). The room was very clean and comforable. The location of the hotel was very central. We should have booked a slightly more expensive room, so we could have enjoyed a hotel room on the first or second level. Unfortunately we had decided to book the cheaper room, which meant, that we got a big, clean but souterrain room. We regretted not paying a little more for a room on a higher level.
Hotel is on convinet location for city exploring and in quiet part of town. Staff was very kind.
Room is spacious with high cealing so it was enough air in it without bad smells.
Linen and towels was very clean and bed comfortably enough.
Breakfast was excellent and if you like basic and tasty local food this is one of the best hotel breakfast that I had in Belgrade.
Very important is that hotel had its own parking space which is very valuable in parking problematic main city of Serbia.
An unusual place - a hotel on the water. We had a spacious room with a terrace and a jacuzzi bath, enjoyed all these extras, and for a good price.
Our flight was at night and the receptionist, who was here after midnight, did't speak English, only Serbian, but there were no problems to communicate. Day's staff speaks English good, is very responsive and helpful. I really liked surrounding , a lot of green areas. You can go to Zemun, which is a very nice suburb, different from Belgrade.
The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests.
Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you.
The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.
Everything this place the best
Im very happy here
You will not find anything better than this place in Belgrade, Serbia
Cleanliness, safety and staff
