I had low expectations of the city. In fact it was relatively welcoming and fun. It appears quite lively. English spoken widely. I did not experience negative attitudes. Food was a bonus, good quality and value. I doubt vegetarians are well catered for.

Belgrade is modern. It is a big city.
Belgrade is modern. It is a big city. Not reallybthat much history to show as other cities in the Balkans. You take a 2 and half hours walk-in tour and you saw enough. It is a vibrant city. Party city. Full of clubs and parties all over. Good for those searching for party and fun. For tourists searching for history and the former yoguslavia heritage, 2 says is enough.
There are many traditional food, like the balkans, but too much meat. Most of them heavy food. The local Serbian hambúrguer is too big and really not special or tasty Locals are not that much nice, but not rude. They have their special way. The sunset by the river or by the fortress is a must seen

Very strange place around the new train station.
Very strange place around the new train station. Earlier, the train station was located next to the bus station and it was convenient. For some reason, it was moved to a new place where there are no facilities, no shops, and you can only get there by car or bus and then a 7-minute walk, which definitely won't be something pleasant because you'll be walking with a suitcase, swallowing dust from the highway with a view of some unfinished buildings and concrete overpasses dilapidated and covered with graffiti. This last scene spoiled the whole impression of the city.

Belgrade - the last bastion of freedom, good times,...
Belgrade - the last bastion of freedom, good times, beautiful women, and safety.
Belgrade is a beautiful, safe city rich in history, vibrant nightlife, beautiful women, excellent food, promenades, and friendly, sincere people. It’s essential to visit Belgrade between May and October, when the weather is nice, as everyone is out on the streets, and an evening walk through the city center is an experience rarely found elsewhere today.
The city boasts many well-kept restaurants, cafes, and bars with plenty of people out and about. The pleasant atmosphere feels like you are in a summer seaside destination. People are well-dressed, polite, and friendly.
Belgrade is a safe city where women in a city of 2 million people can walk from one end to the other at 3 a.m. without any danger, which has become rare in Europe today. Belgrade does not have oddly dressed people. Women are women, and men are men. Not like in recent years' Eurovision. This is a family-oriented city with traditional family values, where chivalry and gentlemanly behavior still exist.

Belgrade is my favourite travel location.
Belgrade is my favourite travel location. The city is living 24 hours. There is almost every kind of entertainment. It is an historical city with a beautiful old-town. Belgrade suffers from rush hour traffic like every big city does. So, although expensive, I recommend for a stay in the center. Or alternatively, I would recommend a stay in Zemun, and to take public transport for the city center.
One of locataion for Sixt rent a car delivery is huge plus and easy access to high speed road to rest of Serbia. Hotel has huge common areas that are making easy for guests to keep the distance to other people. Size of the standard room is bigger then usual. Hotel interior/ towels have a sign of age, but still spacious room and common areas make Hyatt one of the best choices in Belgrade. Hotel have a soul, and it is a pleasure to be there. Centre of the city is very close, you can walk if you want to cross the bridge by foot.
I stayed in a single room, so I had all my comfort to myself. The room was spacious, clean, with a nice yard view, all new and modern furniture, etc. The location was absolutely the best you can get in the Belgrade city centre area directly inside the bohemian old town street of Skadarlija. The staff was also very polite. They didn't make an issue of arranging me for free earlier check-in and keeping my bag after check-out hours.
The hotel's hall staff were so helpful about everything we needed in Serbia. The owner gave us many great recommendations where to eat and where to go etc.. . Also the owner offered to join us going to the police office because unfortunately our mobile phone was stolen somewhere in Belgrade. As summary the hotel is very friendly & cool. Thanks to everyone working there.
Nice hotel, in an exceptional location, in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgrade, near the Temple of Saint Sava, largest Orthodox church in Serbia, one of the largest Eastern Orthodox churches and among the largest churches in the world. An extremely pleasant stay, which was contributed to by the fantastic and very cordial attitude of the entire hotel staff.
İ loved this place, really. This is my second stay and i found it accidentaly while scrolling on booking. Staff is so kind, from the cleaning ladies to all the reception girls. Comfortable place, best location good price. My fave place in Belgrade to stay from now on. Special thanks for front desk ms Nataša, always positive, helpful and very kind person. 5 stars.
I absolutely loved Hotel Nota. Even though it is close to the city center or nearly in the city center, one could hear the birds and sounds of nature in the evening. An oasis in the very hectic and disorganized city. Breakfast is one of the best I ever had, and hotel stuff extremly nice, measured, helpful and discrete. I will always come back to this place.
The location of the Hotel is directly in the city center and perfect to explore Belgrade.
The room was big and comfy and the WiFi was operating super reliable. The room had a very modern climatization which was super useful in the hot weather conditions of Serbian summer. We also liked the breakfast which offered an extensive variety of local specialities.
The most cozy hotel in Serbia city center. Convenient and close to everything. The reception man is clever and make your checking in quite efficient. And the girl staff is hospitality. Like the style of no-smoking everywhere indoor. Smell fresh. The space is intense but deep designed, and the facilities are great reasonable. Will book it again.
I completely agree with all the reviews so far, perfect little hotel. The staff, the room, the breakfast, all were perfect. Great location, excellent connections to the highway. But still, the hotel is in a quiet environment and there is no noise from the highway at all. The city center is only 5 minutes by taxi (Belgrade taxis are very cheap).
I booked this hotel for my one night stay in Belgrade before moving on to my next destination. The hotel has great location - there's bakery and supermarket nearby and the city center is within 20mins walking distance. There is a small gym and a spa where one can book massage as well as restaurant.
What a great time in One Luxury Suites! All the team members are so helpful and polite. They help me with everything. The hotel have a perfect location, you can do the most part of thing by walking. I hope come back to Belgrade very soon and stay for 100% of sure at this place.
Convenient location across the road from Belgrade Bus Station, ideal for overnight stays in Serbia's capital between two longish stretches of bus trips (Bulgaria to Croatia via Belgrade). Amazing views of Belgrade's old town from rooms on higher floors (4th and upwards).
The property was amazing for our stay in Belgrade! The location was perfect, close to the river and the mall. Also the city center is near. Free parking in the garage. Our host was very kind, would definitely recommend!
Probably the best place to stay in Belgrade. Located meters away for Danube, and minutes walk from city center but still in a very quiet area. Staff is amazing and helpful and just made us feel very welcomed.
The location is in the best and most elite place in Belgrade. The owners are very nice and hospitable. In the true sense of the saying "Serbian Hospitality". They really work hard for the rental.
Absolutely the best hotel in Belgrade that i recommended to everyone looking for a hotel with a world class service. Their executive package is absolutely top notch!!!
