Great location, next to Republic Square, the heart of Belgrade, and at the end of a big pedestrian mall. Access to trendy area and restaurants, and main historical points. Our room was quiet. Room was modest, good value for the money. Good, complete breakfast buffet.

Very strange place around the new train station.
Very strange place around the new train station. Earlier, the train station was located next to the bus station and it was convenient. For some reason, it was moved to a new place where there are no facilities, no shops, and you can only get there by car or bus and then a 7-minute walk, which definitely won't be something pleasant because you'll be walking with a suitcase, swallowing dust from the highway with a view of some unfinished buildings and concrete overpasses dilapidated and covered with graffiti. This last scene spoiled the whole impression of the city.

Belgrade - the last bastion of freedom, good times, beautiful women, and safety.
Belgrade is a beautiful, safe city rich in history, vibrant nightlife, beautiful women, excellent food, promenades, and friendly, sincere people. It’s essential to visit Belgrade between May and October, when the weather is nice, as everyone is out on the streets, and an evening walk through the city center is an experience rarely found elsewhere today.
The city boasts many well-kept restaurants, cafes, and bars with plenty of people out and about. The pleasant atmosphere feels like you are in a summer seaside destination. People are well-dressed, polite, and friendly.
Belgrade is a safe city where women in a city of 2 million people can walk from one end to the other at 3 a.m. without any danger, which has become rare in Europe today. Belgrade does not have oddly dressed people. Women are women, and men are men. Not like in recent years' Eurovision. This is a family-oriented city with traditional family values, where chivalry and gentlemanly behavior still exist.

Belgrade is my favourite travel location.
Belgrade is my favourite travel location. The city is living 24 hours. There is almost every kind of entertainment. It is an historical city with a beautiful old-town. Belgrade suffers from rush hour traffic like every big city does. So, although expensive, I recommend for a stay in the center. Or alternatively, I would recommend a stay in Zemun, and to take public transport for the city center.

A great destination for short city breaks.
The city center is nice, with few worth-mentioning sightseeings, but plenty of places for leisure and entertainment, plus most of the services are very affordable.

We had a 4 hours walk to Sava Promenade [excellent developed area}, Sava river front, Kalemegdan site where one can see Danube and Sava rivers join together, it was wonderful. Also last was full of areas for kids and elders. And last but not least we have refreshed ourselves with a nice Italian gelato during our city walk.
This is literally first time I’m leaving a review on Booking and I am a frequent traveller. Everything was perfect, from parking spot, location, connection to public transport (bus lines directly to city centre in front of hotel), cleanliness, friendly staff. Room has anything you could ask for, even design is perfect, which is not that important to me, but it’s worth mentioning. Most important thing for us was that it was REALLY clean, probably cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to! We will definitely come back next time we are in Belgrade.
One of locataion for Sixt rent a car delivery is huge plus and easy access to high speed road to rest of Serbia. Hotel has huge common areas that are making easy for guests to keep the distance to other people. Size of the standard room is bigger then usual. Hotel interior/ towels have a sign of age, but still spacious room and common areas make Hyatt one of the best choices in Belgrade. Hotel have a soul, and it is a pleasure to be there. Centre of the city is very close, you can walk if you want to cross the bridge by foot.
It was our second trip to Serbia and I’m glad that we rented that flat. The first time we stopped at the hotel and we paid more money for a less convenient accommodation.
The flat was definitely value for money. The host was helpful and welcoming. The flat was very clean and convenient (don’t be put off by the look of the old building). We didn’t cook but as I noticed all the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware were in place. Basically the flat was equipped with all necessary stuff for a convenient stay.
I rarely travel, so I don't have much experience staying in hotels. Nevertheless, this one is the best I've ever seen. Very spacious room, polite and responsive staff, cleanliness, good wi-fi, comfortable space to work with laptop on the ground floor, excellent location (near the city center). Tired after the flight, I forgot my cell phone in the cab. The receptionist helped me a lot to get my phone back, respect to him. High level of the service made it possible to overcome this unpleasant moment.
Large rooms, very comfortable beds, very clean, high-speed WLAN, diverse Breakfast Options.
Ideal for an overnight rest for travelers on the way to vacation destinations in the south east or for the tourists planning to enjoy the tourist attractions in Belgrade. Very good price-performance ratio! Lower prices then the central area Hotels, Taxi fees at aprox 10€ from the hotel to the city center.
Thumbs up for the Hotel-management and Staff! Keep up the good work!
The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere in the city center. They have a parking garage and there is another public garage easily accessible. Our suite had a great view of the pedestrian center. The laundry service was very helpful and the clothing came back folded and smelling fresh! Checking in and checking out was very efficient and friendly. The staff was also very helpful in printing the results of our covid test needed to depart from Serbia.
The staff is very professional, we had one problem on the first night when we arrived and the staff ( the receptionist Jovana, and her Manager) were superlative in solving our problem!
I really suggest to go there, the service is the very top! The position is perfect , near the main bus and train stations and quite close to the very city center!
As soon as I am back to Belgrade for sure I am going to choose this hotel again!
Hosts are amazing, everything went super easy with organization. They provided transportation to the airport even when I asked super late for it. Host is always available and super responsive. Room was very clean, size of a big hotel room, great for short stay. Building is new, there are some works still going on but its good location. I felt safe walking around. The best part is host for sure, I'd stay again when in Belgrade.
The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests.
Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you.
The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.
Excellent staff and 5 star service. Beautiful property about 7.5 kms from downtown Belgrade. Located in a forested area with easy access to walking and running trails. Fantastic rooms with complimentary great breakfast . Excellent chef and wine list. I ate at the hotel for 3 nights!
Everything was perfect from the wifi to the arranged airport pickup ( extra charge ).
Highly recommended.
I stayed at the hotel for the second time, and this time due to its very close location to the stop of bus 72 connecting the airport and city center - it's only a 10 minute walk. This bus runs even at night, so it is very convenient for both late and early arrival/departure to Belgrade via the airport. In addition, all major sights of Belgrade are within walking distance.
The hotel's hall staff were so helpful about everything we needed in Serbia. The owner gave us many great recommendations where to eat and where to go etc.. . Also the owner offered to join us going to the police office because unfortunately our mobile phone was stolen somewhere in Belgrade. As summary the hotel is very friendly & cool. Thanks to everyone working there.
Lovely atmosphere, very friendly hosts, located on a quiet street, but close to the city centre. My kid and I loved stayng there. Be warned, top floor has a steep staircase, but there is an option when booking a room to choose if you need lower floor. Breakfasts were delicious, and the breakfast room is beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
I completely agree with all the reviews so far, perfect little hotel. The staff, the room, the breakfast, all were perfect. Great location, excellent connections to the highway. But still, the hotel is in a quiet environment and there is no noise from the highway at all. The city center is only 5 minutes by taxi (Belgrade taxis are very cheap).
I travelled to Belgrade with my wife and a friendly couple and we booked two rooms.Excellent location in the city centre.Every place you need to see in Belgrade is very close.Very quiet, warm and clean room.Bobby is one of the best guys i have ever met in my travels.Very helpful and kind.I wish there were more people like him running hotels.
I will miss Maja. Smart, beautiful and kind Serbian lady. She is a wonderful host and was so helpful with everything from bus information to sightseeing and more. The location is very good. Short walk to Botanical Gardens and the city center, close to shopping as well. Charming building with beautiful decoration.
The hotel is located very close to the city center and Sava river, so much so that you could go around by foot. But bus stops are also close so you can get by public transport if needed as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable!
The staff was what made the difference in my stay... they were super friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has authentic Serbian restaurants/pastry shops and it's easy to take the bus to the city center.
I stayed on two seperate occasions. The staff members were super friendly, helpful and approachable. Also the best part was the location of the hotel. Can't wait to get back to Belgrade and to Stella Di Notte infact.
Love <3
Clean rooms, staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Parking space available, breakfast and foods are great.
There’s one of the best hotel gym in Belgrade.
Great cost-benefit.
