Location, right in the centre of town with easy walking distance to all sights. The hotels historical value and characters.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, do not take me wrong and we really loved our stay in Belgrad!! however the suites are not necessary worth the cost, at least if you are used to very luxurious hotels. Lovely however to stay just for the historical aspect. The staff was very polite, helpful and nice, and overall cannot complain about anything, maybe we were just looking for something else. Thank you having us, I am sure your hotel is very very good place for older Belgrad visitors.

It appears that Belgrad is nowadays booming with newly renovated small boutique hotels which cost about less than half of Hotel Moskva and are actually in a nicer streets close to old town. Hotel Moskva is good and a classic hotel, but I want to experience the buzz of Belgrad much deeper and be in the street that are alive, not by the biggest roads, so I will go somewhere else. Next time I will pick something at least as nice but with a better price.

Comfortable, good location

The staff in the hotel was very friendly, helpful and smiling, this was really nice! :-) I appreciated very much the 'healthy food' for breakfast and the really rich offer. Very tempting and tasty was the broad variety of desserts in the Cafe.

For a non-smoker staying in the Cafe or just walk accross from the reception is a real night-mare, smokers are everywhere, outside, inside, no possibility to skip, what is relly pity, as the Cafe is very cosy and welcoming. Waiters are sometimes too fast by cleaning the table, whilst you are eating, removing your plate in seconds after you had the last bit of food.

Staff generally helpful and friendly. Great old building, not a "corporate" hotel Breakfast is pretty good

Single rooms are pretty small but still reasonable value cleaners start early and are noisy disturbing you if you want a later start

Historical but renovated hotel the cafe is crowded and a nice place to sit

they were redoing the main stairs outside, by the fountain, so I had to use separate doors

The best address in Belgrade is Hotel Moskva. Good hotel with perfect service and friendly personel. Very good breakfast excluding coffee.

Small rooms, coffee should be better. No posibility to have espresso during breakfast.

Great hotel with knowledgeable and service minded staff, wonderful beds and convenient location near the sights. Big plus for free, well working wi-fi throughout in the hotel.

Everything was wonderful in the hotel.

It was a beautiful building centrally located in Belgrade. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good.

The room was blasted with loud disco music from a nearby club.

Very nice location and room. Historical hotel. My room was very quiet despite room being towards the main street (good sound insulation). Excellent and outdoor bar/restaurant at the sidewalk.

Very first comment; The hotel itself is listed in the Belgrad's Attraction Points :) It was amazing from all manners: Rooms were large enough, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very very good; tomatoes, olives, fruits, vegetables, eggs, fries, cheeses etc etc etc... Location was perrrrfect, in the middle of everything :) Just go out and walk anywhere... Staff was so helpful and smiling... Last but not least; you can not find such a garbage price in another Europe country for such a luxury hotel...

Perfekt rooms, breakfest and location...

Staff and their very friendly approach. They were smiley and knew well English language, ready to help and created very good athmosphere.

I booked through booking.com and the extra fees for breakfast and for parking where not properly explained and came as a surprise while checking out. Otherwise super service!

The bed was huge! The food in the hotel was good - particularly the cake counter! Location excellent and my room overlooking the Terrace was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful even at 4:00am when we had to leave for the airport!

Business facilities were sparse ie no dedicated business centre only a couple of Internet connected PCs in the Lobby. A gym or pool would have been nice. The hotel isn't cheap but you pretty much get what you pay for.
