We had a 4 hours walk to Sava Promenade [excellent developed area}, Sava river front, Kalemegdan site where one can see Danube and Sava rivers join together, it was wonderful. Also last was full of areas for kids and elders. And last but not least we have refreshed ourselves with a nice Italian gelato during our city walk.

Yes, you can stop here and explore the city.
Yes, you can stop here and explore the city. Personally I found other countries and cities more interesting than Serbia and Belgrade, but if you are driving through, you can spent a night or two here. Thats good. I wouldnt recommend it as a final (or only) destination of a trip.

Beograd is a must visit city.
Beograd is a must visit city. Its atmosphere is special and absolutely unique. The city does have its own heart and soul. And the people there, and generally in Serbia, are extremely nice and friendly. I love staying there and the stay is never long enough.

Belgrade is vibrant and interesting with charming friendly people. It has two big rivers, the Danube and Sava, and many restaurants, coffee bars, and clubs on river banks. Food is great, there are many restaurants for different tastes, Serbian, but also Italian, Asian, fish restaurants, etc. One of the few places I always want to come back to.

My stay in Belgrade was truly amazing, filled with vibrant energy and rich cultural experiences. Exploring the historic streets of Belgrade, I was captivated by its blend of ancient architecture and modern charm. From the bustling markets to the serene banks of the Danube River, every corner offered something new to discover. The city's lively nightlife scene and delicious cuisine left a lasting impression, while the warmth and hospitality of the locals made you feel right at home. My time in Belgrade was a perfect blend of excitement, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.
location: a bit off the books but taxi with gps location is highly recommended. if you are planning to walk from city center with your bags, expect a 45 minute walk.
staff: Absolutely super nice and friendly including the owner and Tamara was great…. Her English is polished
Facility: Nicely maintained but bathrooms need renovation.
View: Extraordinary
Overall if you stay here, you would definitely have a great memory.
Avoid: Sharing male rooms and rooms can if you pay 1000 Serbian dinars extra, go for a single room
It was our second trip to Serbia and I’m glad that we rented that flat. The first time we stopped at the hotel and we paid more money for a less convenient accommodation.
The flat was definitely value for money. The host was helpful and welcoming. The flat was very clean and convenient (don’t be put off by the look of the old building). We didn’t cook but as I noticed all the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware were in place. Basically the flat was equipped with all necessary stuff for a convenient stay.
Nice and clean apartment in a new building, with huge terrace. Apartment contains all facilities needed for a short or even a longer stay in Serbias capital.
Located in walking distance to grocery shops, bakeries, pharmacy, local food market and Boulevard Kralja Aleksanda (king Alexander), where a lof of shops are located.
City Center, Saint Savas Temple, Tasmajdan Park, can also be reached by walking, or a few stops by public transporation.
All recommendations! We will be back for sure.
This was the best place to visit Serbia for the first time. I have been felt at home, family with the hotel facilities and the owner. Everyone was helpful, friendly and an excellent person. Unfortunately, we booked this hotel just for 3 days, and then it was fully booked. We were obligated to leave this place, but I will come back there if I will stay in Belgrade. Thanks to Aleksandar Djordjević, Chupo and Lilya for this high level of hospitality in such as small good place.
Good value for money! The apartment is very close to the city center and bus station. The rooms are comfy and clean. The towels smell freshly washed. The whole complex is a bit unfinished but the rooms are OK. It is true that the entrance is a bit weird, but nothing to be afraid of. It's just Serbia :) We had kettle in our room, shampoo and soap. The owner is kind, we had an early check-in and he managed to organize everything.
The staff is very professional, we had one problem on the first night when we arrived and the staff ( the receptionist Jovana, and her Manager) were superlative in solving our problem!
I really suggest to go there, the service is the very top! The position is perfect , near the main bus and train stations and quite close to the very city center!
As soon as I am back to Belgrade for sure I am going to choose this hotel again!
The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests.
Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you.
The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.
The apartment is in the city center, in the heart of old Belgrade, which makes it good for walking around the old town. It's cute, cosy place, with comfortable rooms with old Serbian architecture. It has a private parking within 100m for 7 eur per day which is good as most hotels can't offer the same. It was very clean, no remarks there. The host was available through all the time prior and during the stay.
This hotel was our best experience after many family visits in Belgrade. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. We used their private parking. The staff was very professional and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. In other words very convenient accommodation that we'll certainly visit again :-)
The most cozy hotel in Serbia city center. Convenient and close to everything. The reception man is clever and make your checking in quite efficient. And the girl staff is hospitality. Like the style of no-smoking everywhere indoor. Smell fresh. The space is intense but deep designed, and the facilities are great reasonable. Will book it again.
This is a fantastic retro hotel at the very center of Belgrade. The décor is like coming from a 70s movie.
Actually, it is the only hotel that still belongs to the Serbian ministry of tourism. A lot of students do work there, and that is the main reason for the cheap price it has.
Huge rooms, amazing breakfast, best spot in Belgrade!!
I will miss Maja. Smart, beautiful and kind Serbian lady. She is a wonderful host and was so helpful with everything from bus information to sightseeing and more. The location is very good. Short walk to Botanical Gardens and the city center, close to shopping as well. Charming building with beautiful decoration.
The staff was what made the difference in my stay... they were super friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has authentic Serbian restaurants/pastry shops and it's easy to take the bus to the city center.
Excellent hotel, very large spotless rooms with equally good bathroom/shower.
Bar/Restaurant on top floor with views over Belgrade. Helpfull attentive staff.
More of a 5 star rather than a 4 star hotel.
Nice hotel 15 minutes taxi drive from Belgrade airport. Sweet head waiter Tamara, who half told me an excellent restaurant serving Serbian cuisine nearby. A delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
Location ( 3 m walking from/to shuttle bus Belgrade airport stop). Friendly front desk staff. Good and tasty breakfast (Just the only one served at hotel, our booking was for 3 nights).
Clean rooms, staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Parking space available, breakfast and foods are great.
There’s one of the best hotel gym in Belgrade.
Great cost-benefit.
