Location is absolutely perfect. The apartments are well equipped, have a good layout; and the family who own and run the place are very friendly and helpful. The terrace and public facilities around the property are also great. There is a washing machine which can be used if needed.

The apartments are new and so are the facilities inside which is nice. The host Niko and his daughter Karen made us feel at home the moment we arrived and were always ready to help out with whatever inquiry we had. They gave us a bus pass which we used extensively and returned it with the same credit it was given to us. If you prefer to explore Mahe island by bus, this is a great location to do so. The last day they let us leave luggage in the store room and use the shower and toilet. The location is great, Beau Vallon beach is beautiful, plenty of restaurants, takeaways and bars. If you prefer to explore Mahe island by bus, this is a great location to do so.

Apartment is new, quite new furniture, spacious with balcony and available also the roof top equipped to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen has all appliance necessary and at arrival you find fruit and water available. Host Karen and the father Niko, are really nice and polite, ready to help you and suggest. Place is perfect if you want to use Beau Vallon Beach and few bars around.

The property is located 5 minutes walk from the Beau Vallon promenade and across the road from the beach. The owner, Nicko, is very friendly and welcoming and assisted with transportation scheduling. The property is beautiful with a very well kept garden and rooftop. Our room had a small kitchen with electrical appliances ( microwave, fridge and electric stove top). The room is clean, very well kept and seems new/ recently renovated. The shower was lovely and had a separate toilet. Will definitely come back/ recommend this place.

New modern apartments with everything you may need for the holiday stay. The hosts Niko and Karen are amazing, we spent a perfect week there! The rooftop space with grill facilities just made our evenings - scenic ocean view, great place for sunset aperitif or dinner you can easily cook by yourself. The hosts even prepared a beautiful table for our first dinner (delicious grilled fresh shark and barracuda we bought from fishermen just around the corner). Very clean, calm location close to everything. Good A/C, nice balcony, just perfect, thank you!

The apartment is located about a minute walk from the beach. It’s a new apartment and any one can tell it was a carefully planned and nice building. The owners Nico and Karen are super friendly and likable people. When we arrive at the property the owner came her self at the car to greet us do the paperwork and show us around. she was really helpful. The compound is full of flowers, fruits and plants. and the owners were very kind to bring the fruits from their garden to our rooms. When we went to the beach house keeping came and cleaned the room, fold and hanged our clothes, washed the kitchen stuffs we used brought some more fruit. The place is located from a walking distance from restaurants, bars and a cafe. Our flight was in the late afternoon and the owner Nico let us stay late he arranged a pick up and came down him self to the car say good bye. Generally very interesting people and place

The apartments are extremely new, well furnished, built next to the owners’ house, perfectly located in Beau Vallon, with a free parking slot inside the property. The owners, Nico and his family, are extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. They welcomed us at arrival with a fresh drink made from passion fruits from their garden and provided us with more fruit when we ran out. They booked activities and inter-island ferry for us and offered their washing machine to do our laundry. Overall, we totally recommend this property for a good stay in Mahe.
