Children under 1 year of age are not allowed in the SPA center.
Between 9 am and 3 pm, children up to one year of age staying at the hotel can enter the pool accompanied by their parents.
Please note that from 10 to 24 January, due to unforeseen maintenance work during breakfast and lunch hours on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, the Mediterraneo restaurant will be closed. Breakfast and lunch during this period will be served in the Oceanis restaurant, which is located inside the casino and requires an ID for entry.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
