Every thing was good.
It's still one of the the best hotels in Bratislava, - by my business travels had an experience to live in many of them. Very friendly, excellent spa, very good coffee in bar for smokers (!) and, of course, beautiful view from your balcony!
Excellent breakfast. Very good location. Close to everything. Good spa. Very good staff.
Staff is very friendly.
Convenient location, nice room, friendly staff, interesting city. But we were on our way to Vienna and could only stay one night
No complaints at all
Location Lobby Bar Rooms River View
Views were spectular. Restaurant was excellent.
Very nice Suite, very large Very fast Wi-Fi
Suite was not the cheapest
Staff member Patrick who was very efficient and helpful. Our room was a corner room, very quiet, thanks to double glazing and beautifully decorated and spacious with a balcony and a view of the Danube River . The breakfast room had a view of the river as well and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Staff member Bilal. That the bathroom water temperature was far below a comfort level and complaining couldn't resolve the situation although we did get a discount. Also the pervading odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel was really unpleasant. We thought smoking inside hotel premises had been forbidden in the EU countries years ago.
Lovely friendly attitude also lobby internet has a free printer attached. Superb
Beautiful city and hotel
the geographic position, very nice and helpful staff, spa & professional thai massages !!!
the noice from outside and inside ( the vacuum cleaner in corridor before 9am on Saturday morning!) Taxi called from the reception are 2x more expensives, cause it's kind of limusines services (clients not informed)
The pool and sauna were a nice extra. A nice way to relax after touring city. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large. Very happy and had a good two days in Bratislava. Hotel was located well. Recommend getting car service from hotel to pick you up at train station. Take bus to Vienna. Very close to hotel. Blaguss
Great location. Helpful staff.
You hear cars and tram noise from room facing river. You can not sleep well.
SPACIOUS AND CLEAN WITH EXCELLENT BATHROOM EXCELLENT LOCATION
UNIMPRESSIVE BREAKFASTS NO CONCIERGE ASSISTANCE
All the staff are attentive, polite, efficient and appear happy in their work. Their enthusiasm affects the clientele and makes the stay so enjoyable.
The carpet of the hotel was old... Rooms are really good but the carpet before you enter the room
Everything was great! Location and comfortable rooms, breakfast.
Great location, very pleasant stay - best out of recent hotels.
Size of the rooms and beds..Maros the concierge guy he is a very nice polite helping man.
Pillow veeeery flat and soft.. not suitable for a good sleep.
We stayed in one of the executive rooms on the 5th floor. It's worth the extra few euros in my opinion. 2 balconies over looking the Danube. The room itself was very nice and big. Toilet room separate to shower room. I think the TV was 50inch smart tv with a few English speaking channels. All the other cons you'd expect from an executive room were provided and good quality. Mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes, safe WiFi was very good throughout the building. Very close to old town
I used the gym and pool area. Not many machines but enough for me and most people I'd say. We rented out the squash court which was good fun. I thought this was a little expensive €12 for the court and an extra €5 for the racquets. Staff were pleasant enough. On one occasion though my wife was asked to sit in the main restaurant for breakfast as she was alone (I wasn't feeling well so stayed in bed). They said the wanted to keep the tables for larger groups even though the breakfast area was half empty. She ended up sitting alone in the French Restaurant having breakfast.
check-out was painfully slow
restaurant in the evening was excellent
breakfast was very average
comfort, staff that sought to accommodate requests for a satisfying stay; pot of hot water heating so one has really hot water for tea, not lukewarm water, breakfast staff seeing to needs and requests, tea/coffee facilities in room, staff found a pool screen to be put behind window panes to block out light so we could sleep in the morning, not getting up at 5.30 am because of light; being asked how was our stay and breakfast so guests' complaints/requests are seen to, so hotel could improve. We appreciated that. there is a shortcut to centre which cuts walking time
Just one receptionist who made us pay on checking in when we were wet as it was raining and had to leave bags at entrance so we saw the room before we paid. We were not running away-could have let us settle and insist on our paying that evening, but not wet.& after a journey.
