Internet connection was the most worst i ever found since last couple of years, noisy
Good location close to city centrum. Good chois for 1-2 nights.
Short stroll (a minute maybe?!) from the bus stop that runs to main train station (which is where the airport bus runs to, as do trains from Vienna). Staff incredibly friendly and professional. Clean, well cared for, modern, up to date, comfortable, secure. Really liked it. Bratislava's old town/tourist sights are really compact and easy to reach on foot from this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
When you go to Ibis, you know what to expect and what to get. Good quality for the right price when local hotels charge the same for much less.
Overheated room - but the heating was easy to cut. Window could not be opened because of an additional lock, allegedly as a prevention against suicides. Unlocked upon signature of a discharge.
Everything about this hotel was great but location was excellent.
Only one minor thing - the room was very warm but I would rather be too warm than too hot.
Location is excellent, just few stwps from the historical part od the old city centre.
A lot od dust under bed. Wi-fi is really bed. Rooms are small. Breakfast is expensive (9,5 EUR/person).
Quite cheap, ok rooms
Staff not helpfull at check in, related to small kids
The hotel was in an ideal location to see all the sights of the city, within easy walking distance of the old town, public transport stops very close by, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and very comfortable, everything was to my satisfaction.
Nothing to report - that would be like splitting hairs!
Location is great
The most arrogant staff I've ever met
The best bed I've ever slept in during a hotel stay!
Breakfast has poor choices for such a steep price (almost 10 euros per person)
missing Arabic TV news, like aljazira TV
Perfect location and staff really helpful.
Mattress too soft (for me) and there was no switch close to the bed to charge a mobile
amazing bed, very nice staff, very close to a bus stop for line 93 which takes you directly to the main train station (also line 5 and 9 of the tram stop very close)... 4 min walk to the heart of town
wifi very weak... No fridge and no kettle in the rooms
The breakfast was good and diversified, the bed was comfortable, also the location was good, 5 minutes to reach by foot the city center, 3 bus station with bus 93 from the main train station. The room was comfortable and clean
The WiFi was very week and slow. An electric keetle in the room it would be great
Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, not far from the city center.
Wifi was not perfect but ok. Breakfast was not included and was rather expensive so we ate in Macdonalds as everything else was closed (we have chosen the worst time to visit the town 24.12-25.12)
The hotel is in a good, central location, just in front of the castle. It's a 10/15 minute walk from the train station. Only stayed one night but the room was nice. Hotel was clean. Good, powerful shower. Free wifi. The bed was comfortable. Didn't eat or drink in the hotel but there are lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby in the old town.
There was no safe in the room. They had small safes behind the reception desk but I had to take my iPad out of it's cover for it to fit in. Only 2 sockets in the room and none of them were next to the bedside cabinets. My phone had to charge on the floor near the door.
The hotel is very central a good for citY breakers The value for miney is very good if you pay 50 Eur lile we did
I asked for the quiet room to let my toddler sleep in the hotel while i was meeting friends. However, there was a big noise in the courtyard patio which belonged to the neighboring building which prevented any sleep before 10 pm. Afterwards the party there ended and if was ok in the night. The rooms are very small but that is expected given the price and location. Overall more suitable for childless young folks.
Very unfriendly staff Was twice in the hotel, twice problems with wifi
The parking garage and location especially.
Cost of the parking
The hotel is in a fantastic location- it was really easy to access from the Hlavna Stanica (main station) via tram or bus, it was right beneath the castle, and only a 5min walk into the heart of Old Town! My room was really big and spacious, and I had plenty of space to unpack and settle in. Will definitely stay here again!
The only negative would be that I arrived at midnight, due delays in London, and the receptionist wasn't overly welcoming or helpful. However, all other staff were friendly and assisted me whenever I had questions.
Location of hotel very good. Some members of staff ok some very good ! Breakfast ok if u stay 3-4 days .
It could be a bit more clean the room (some dust and hairs in bathroom) .staff once you break the thin ice are very good and smile more !
The hotel is near the historical center and also to the castle. A must to mention: helpfull and friendly staff
good breakfast good location nice furniture comfortable bed
only one chair in the room for two people
