I liked everything about this property. Was the best property I stayed in Thailand during my 14 day trip. The room was spacious and it was cleaned every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The Italian kitchen was more then delicious and we ordered there every day because the food were just like in Italy.I would highly recommend it and if I would come back again in Phuket I will choose always this resort.

A nice resort with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast of average quality, but with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of main dishes. A daily shuttle truck to the beach and trade street was great! Very nice pool and restaurant, good choice of activities.

The staff is great especially Marcus the reception manager. The hotel is located right on the sea and the facilities are excellent, there is ping pong, Sony, restaurants and a supermarket in front of the hotel. Simply excellent for families and the value for money is really good

    Not best option in Phuket, too little entertainments around, you need to go too much for markets, poor choice of restaurants around, no nice massages. Large width of beach is the only advantage More southern parts of phuket (Karon, Kata) can provide more rich and nice experience

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great!

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great! We ate lots of delicious foods and this was our favourite night market that we have visited in Asia. Bang Tao beach is clean and in close proximity to other beaches as well.

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means...

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means that you are never very far from it. It's very quiet (compared to areas like Patong!) and I loved walking the beach at sunset to find one of the lovely beachfront bars or seafood restaurants. It's also quite an easy scooter (I use Grab) ride to Nai Thon beach which is gorgeous, with a strip of markets, shops, massage spots and more bars and cafes.

    The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion. The sand is white and soft. The water is clear and beautiful. There are waves so be careful sometimes when it becomes rough. There's no rocks in the water so it is pleasant to swim. One big no no for me and many other women and men is that the people that come to the beach dress very indecent and it's very embarrassing to see grown adults dressing so badly. They should not even be wearing clothes at this rate. I know their culture is like that but it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Noone will be walking around showing off their diamonds in public. Just a thought.

    Worthwhile to visit. Great beach. Worried over number of years this area is going to get over developed and the wrong type of area. I can see this being phukets Pattaya And possibly drive families to another region. I have visited 7 times and see the changes over a period 12 years

    Staff extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet great and the restaurant is very good. Shuttle busses to and from both the beach and the "town" frequent and always punctual. The facilities are fine although at least some of the buildings could use a little maintenance and a coat of paint. We did a day tour from the hotel and it was amazing. Our tour guide and driver were both absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the day which was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket.

    If you, like us, are looking for a family friendly resort in Phuket you cannot beat this hotel. It was a luxurious, safe, clean and comfortable environment. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The beach outside the hotel was beautiful. We would definitely recommend for families. We stayed for 3 nights and stayed within the resort for most that time as we had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday.

    Not in a really touristy place of Phuket, feels like you're out of the way and in the jungle. Real hidden gem. Chan who works at Nua Tone is amazing, sorted transfers and tours for us without having to travel into Patong. He speaks great English too. All staff were great and the place was super clean and quiet. If you are up for renting a scooter this is a great location. Bang Tao beach is around a 40 min walk, 7/8 mins on scooter.
