Good value for your money very helpful staff with day trips booking taxis etc.
Location wasn't in the most desirable area of Chiang Mai.
good breakfast; helpful staff; computer for guests in the lobby; quite close to the city center; in general we had a nice stay.
cold water in the pool all the time. almost no sun at the pool side fungus in our bathroom
-free airport shuttle after checking out -quiet neighborhood
-some staff should be more service-minded
Nice quant little hotel, with essay access to Night Bizzare and main town. Bery helpful, polite and friendly staff. Clean large rooms, lifts availabe for carrying heavy luggage to rooms.
Breakfast very basic, not a wide variety to choose from. No kettle available in room.
I enjoyed having a nice hotel for a change. The staff here is excellent, attentive, speaks good English, breakfast was free. Has a pool and the ambience is very nice. Doesn't have the usual pipes and wires hanging out of the walls you see at this price range in Bangkok. Very close to Old Town, but not in it. 10 minutes walk from the night bazaar on the East side of town. 5 minutes walk from the southern moat.
Wifi in Thailand is problematic. Most times I got great bandwidth, but at times it was hard to do certain things. You wouldn't reliably be able to skype from your room for example. Also would have preferred to be actually in the Old Town instead of just near it. But I assume that's more expensive.
Location is top !. Staff is great.
The maintenance of the hotel is not up to date. Filling the jaccuzi takes 45 minutes. Bedbuggs !!!!!. Swimmingpool is in the shade so doesn t get heathed up. Balcony is badly maintained..................... If they spend some money on the maintenance the hotel could be great. Also the mentioned fountain on the balcony in the Royal Suite is not working.
Been back 3 times this year
Slightly inaccessible to shops
It was like coming home again , this is my 3rd or 4th stay, everyone who works at the hotel is nice, warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. From the front dest staff/ breakfast staff/ bar/ to the cleaning people. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and easy. Will come back again for sure
Nothing to Report all good.
Staff unpolite and unhelpful Don't believe anything they say. Confirmed by email that I had the room I wanted, but when I got there they gave me a different one. so instead of a 2 beds room I had to stay at a 1 bed room cause it was the only thing they had available. To compensate they offered the water in room, but when we check out they charged us for the waters. Ridiculous. Location is not bad but is not good either. In the end it wasn't a bad experience, but I would stay in another hotel if I could. Swimming pool small and breakfast basic.
Quiet ,silent room,near the night bazaar,good breakfast,inexpensive.
I really enjoyed this little nice hotel.Definetely would return to it.
Beautiful, breezy, bright room, comfy bed, lovely design, helpful staff. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by a few more days.
Breakfast area not cleaned properly, found ants in the rice... air conditioner blows directly on the bed which had us constantly turning it on-off-on-off.
Plenty of Space and friendly staff
Bathroom is old, not really good value for money
Location, staff, room size, cleanliness.
The serene and relaxed enviroment within the hotel room and lobby.
The vertical tranparent glass windows in each room which face the passageways. They do not give much privacy, despite the single piece plain curtain used to cover each of them
Far enough from crowds of tourists but still within walking distance of attractions. When needed, all taxis knew where the hotel was located. Clean room.
Breakfast could include more fruit options. Only watermelon and oranges were on offer during my 5 day stay.
Location was close to old city and both night markets.
the staff is really kind and helpful.wonderful place with nice swimming pool
The staffs are very helpful and sweet. The time when i lived there was Loy Kra Thong, the staffs helped me to make Thong by hands and it was free. They also offered meal voucher in the morning. We can also book one day tour in the lobby. It's very and clean living there. I think I'll come back again
very satisfied living there.
Location and views both day and night
The bathroom has no door
Good location, nice staff, beautiful design, tour agency offers interesting trips
5 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the Sunday market, not too noisy at night
The toilet was bumping out water on its own from time to time, and the water from the pipe was black for a while
Easy location to markets and river, very friendly staff allowed us to take a floating candle they'd beautifully decorated down to the river to celebrate loy krathong and offered to show us how to make them. Relaxing small pool and a very nice quiet location.
The room was nice, great bathroom, nicely done breakfast. Off the beaten path.
The staff were so friendly, and the hotel was always clean. There was a festival and the hotel put on flowers to float in the river, that was a lovely bonus.
the area, not good unless you have transport. Room only had 1 chair, we paid for a delux room but it definitely was not delux. There was very little room to unpack, no drawers and a few coat hangers, we managed but would have been nice to have drawers for clothes.
