the staff is really kind and helpful.wonderful place with nice swimming pool
The staffs are very helpful and sweet. The time when i lived there was Loy Kra Thong, the staffs helped me to make Thong by hands and it was free. They also offered meal voucher in the morning. We can also book one day tour in the lobby. It's very and clean living there. I think I'll come back again
very satisfied living there.
Location and views both day and night
The bathroom has no door
Good location, nice staff, beautiful design, tour agency offers interesting trips
5 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the Sunday market, not too noisy at night
The toilet was bumping out water on its own from time to time, and the water from the pipe was black for a while
Easy location to markets and river, very friendly staff allowed us to take a floating candle they'd beautifully decorated down to the river to celebrate loy krathong and offered to show us how to make them. Relaxing small pool and a very nice quiet location.
The room was nice, great bathroom, nicely done breakfast. Off the beaten path.
The staff were so friendly, and the hotel was always clean. There was a festival and the hotel put on flowers to float in the river, that was a lovely bonus.
the area, not good unless you have transport. Room only had 1 chair, we paid for a delux room but it definitely was not delux. There was very little room to unpack, no drawers and a few coat hangers, we managed but would have been nice to have drawers for clothes.
Not far away from enter, the area seems not great but the hotel was finally coo.. Small poo but ok, breakfast ok ..
A little bit noisy if you are on the small street, the bedroom airco directly in the bed and too noisy!!!!
bed a bit on the hard side
The deluxe room size is big ,comfortable with a nice balcony and bathroom. And free wifi all the time.Free pick up and return to airport by private car. They stocked the fridge with water, juice and soda everyday and restocked the installed coffee. The location for me was the best, within walking distance from the night markets and the old town. And the breakfast is quite good even does not many choice.
There is not much I can say I didn't like. Perhaps the weak water pressure in shower . And most of staff is no smile.
Location is good. friendly stuff.
- all the driver knows the hotel, so it is very easy to get there. - they upgraded our room to deluxe. The deluxe room was spacious and nice decorated.
The setting of the House was awesome and the facilities was brilliant for someone expecting great value for money. The location for me was the best, within walking distance from the night markets and the old town. It was so easy to take a tuk tuk from anywhere so even staying a little further out should not be a problem to get to where you want to be. It was refreshing to know that you could arrange anything on arrival with no hassle whatsoever. Housekeeping was good with great facilities available. Magic experience await the person who visits on a tight budget.
There is not much I can say I didn't like. Perhaps the showers at time was a bit challenging, but not in the least unacceptable, unlike from some comments found on the web. All in all a wonderful place and can be highly recommended.
Its good hotel and located near night bazar which its good for shopping..The room its ok and comfortable and free wifi all the time .
Breakfast is poor and limited .
Medium size hotel. Large rooms and comfortable. The hotel outside the city but very close to do it by foot. Hotel personnel very very kind and helpful.
Very noisy, you can hear doors clacking... Thailand has a large variety of delicious fruit, however the buffet does not show the best of Thailand's products, that could be improved. But still you eat in a very satisfying way.
- Location is quite good (just in a corner outside the city wall of chiang mai) - we got a free upgrade to a superior room which is a good option) - nice little pool
- breakfast was not the best one in thailand - bathroom is poor…..the shower is nothing - reception has only one good employee the rest was busy with nothing or there phone.
Very clean rooms. Price is very good . Breakfast is good.very recommend
Very easy to get around
The beds are way to hard
1、clean 2、near Chiang Mai Gate ,3mins away by motorcycle, 3、swimming poor is clean
1、the air-conditioning is noisy 2、the man at the front desk was not so enthusiasm
I really liked the pleasant and friendly staff, the location was very convenient for walking to anywhere in the Old City, and the breakfasts were pretty good. They stocked the fridge with water, juice and soda every day, and restocked the instant coffee, sugar, and creamer. The hotel never lost power during my eighteen-day stay. They even gave me a gift when I checked out, as well as a complimentary taxi ride to the airport (CNX). I also like the "Lana" style open air design of the place. Also, only one block to a 24-hour 7-Eleven, which was convenient.
The thing I liked the least was that the one chair in my room (room 501) was very uncomfortable. I had to use pillows off of the bed if I sat in it for any period of time. This seems to be indicative for much of Thailand, as I don't think I found one decent place to sit during my entire stay. Also, I've read other reviews that complained about the water temperature in the shower, and when I took my first shower, it was lukewarm at best. But there is a temp knob on the electric heater in the shower, and once I cranked it up to high, had plenty of hot water, so those who complained about it obviously were just nit picking. Other than the chair, no problems at all with this hotel. Oh, and the towels were of a good quality, but you should bring your own wash cloth if you use them, as the hotel did not provide them.
Friendly staff, clean room with everything you'd expect. Easy access to night markets and old town, all within 10 mins walk. Quiet location, nothing much on the doorstep, but a little shack/shop nearby run by a lovely lady who sells cold beer and water in exchange for not much more than a smile.
The pool was very small but we expected that from other reviews so not a problem. All rooms have windows onto the internal corridor so noise travels a lot.
Location, comfort and service was great.
A little hard to find initially but a couple of times and it's location remembered.
The location is great, few mins walk to restaurants bars and markets. Night bazaar is close by too. Staff are really helpful too.
Nothing I didnt like!
Room Breakfast Restaurant No mosquitos in the room
The staff is a bit rude
