some shower curtains would need to be replaced, a new repainting or replacement of furniture would not hurt. některé sprchové závěsy by potřebovaly vyměnit, nová výmalba, případně výměna nábytk by neškodila.
Great value, location, service, amazing breakfast bar. Couldn't wish for more. Highly recommended
We liked the feel of the hotel. The gardens were pretty. Central location.
At checkout they tried to overcharge us for the mini bar, claimed we stole the bag for the iron and tried charging us for laundry we didn't have done. It started with the mini bar, we drank 4 drinks from the mini bar but they tried to charge for 6. After arguing that they then said they were charging us for the bag that holds the iron. We never took the bag. So we argued with them over that. Then they tried charging us for laundry that ultimately was for another room. They reversed all extra charges but the aggravation was appalling. Not to mention you can probably find similar hotels much cheaper in the area.
Prompt service, spacious room (stayed in #101), great location, friendly staff. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend this place
The courtyard was delightful.
We understand you want to save the environment but we did not like the tepid or cold showers, and the polished concrete shower room was depressing.
Great hotel with a nice breakfast and facilities, good location
Rooms are noisy and no isolation from windows large amount of hair on the ground of the bathroom bad service at the restaurant of the hotel
Quite a bit of dust around the room on surfaces, lamp shades etc. Also the towels provided were very tatty with holes and old stains.
Nice pool bathroom was very large. Bed was awesome. I enjoyed staying on ground floor and feeding Koi fish
Bathroom design gave us privacy concerns. No separate room for toilet and shower or tub
Very convenient lots of eating places and massage just mins away. Sunday market is right next to hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Toilet in the room a little crampy and keep balcony door closed at all times as there are lots of mosquitoes.
Good Location, Comfort Bed, Clean, correct decoration. This is the 2nd time that i had stayed here.
Location, free breakfast, facilities. Loved the look of the resort - very serene. The hotel great - staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with arranging a private driver to take us to the national park. They even we're kind enough to pack us breakfast to-go when our flight left early.
Bathroom is a bit small, but it's manageable.
Clean, nice rooms in Thai style.
They will not call a taxi for you - you have to use their resort service or call your own. Price difference isn't anything substantial (250 baht vs. 100 baht) but this is obviously poor service.
Nothing I like
A lot mosquitoes. Breadbasket not much choice. The restaurant manager not friendly. A lot of pigeons near the dinner areas, drink the swimming pool water and so unhygienic which cause my children dare use the swimming pool.
Central for everything Good breakfast in nice outside area
The hotel is literally beside Wat Phra Singh and also 2 other wats I don't know the name. Walking distance to most of the famous temples inside the old city as well as great place for food, drink and massage. The yard is lovely and especially when you have breakfast under the tree with pigeons around you. The pool with fish along the first floor is also a nice touch! The staff is really friendly. The swimming pool is a really small one, but nice enough especially when you had a long day hot and sweaty. The breakfast is good, though not much choices.
At first we were put in the outer building that is still under decoration with this big smell. I insisted of moving to the inner circle and stayed in the deluxe room 312. The room is basically ok but if you turn on the air conditioner for a long time then there is a very bad smell of sewer. We asked for an extra blanket and was charged 250 THB for that. Also, the deluxe room only has bath tub, which is extremely inconvenient for my daughter and me (really slippery and she can't climb in or out). My other family stayed in supreme room and they are quite nice, no smell and with shower room instead. I think the air system shall be checked in room 312.
We stayed 9 nights. It wa quiet, the rooms comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were helpful, beds were not too hard and wifi was good too. Very happy with our stay at the De Lanna. Would highly recommend.
Convenient location in the old town, amenities as described. Housekeeping and bar staff pleasant enough, but FO really not interested.
Crazy different floor levels in the room, 20 CM step up to bed level, then 20 CM down to balcony.
The Location is closed to airport and city.
The noise from the contruction right next to the room in the afternoon. The window above the toilet cannot be closed so no privacy.
We loved the swimming pool a lot. Reception are really nice and helpful.
Bugs can be found in the room at ground floor. Construction site can be noisy sometime. Wifi connection in my room was terrible.
Nice place to stay. Soundproof rooms and great shower. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle of big hotels.
We enjoyed the hotel ambience. The staff were very helpful and were willing to assist where ever possible..
A few more options at breakfast would have been nice. The coffee really needs to be reviewed.
Very good in general
Arrived around 1PM and our room was still not ready (had to wait 1 hour approx.). The recommendations for restaurants were a bit poor. We booked a tour to Chiang Rai/Golden Triangle and did not tell us that 80% of the tour time was driving in a crowded van. The tour was supposed to last 10 hours but took 13. A bit disappointing...
The grounds of the hotel where lovely, a good location. The staff where friendly and the prices where good. The rooms where spacious with a nice view over the grounds.
There was some building work next door, but that is to be expected. It couldn't be heard from the pool or grounds.
large and quiet room and comfortable bed. every room with a lovely balcony towards the swimming pool. upper floor rooms are better than the 1st floor.
not enough fruit for breakfast
