Bad breakfast, need to pay wifi & no iron in hotel..
Staff was so friendly
Buffet quality has been reduced. But not a big issue.
The quality of everything at The Indra Regent is shocking. The rooms/ bathrooms/ breakfasts etc etc are very poor. I will not recommend this hotel .
Charges for wifi
The location was perfect
No clean and there is no free wifi
Expensive wifi, breakfast was below average. Everything else was good though, clean room, professional staff.
The buffet breakfast, the pool and the bedroom, the view from the window room The terrace garden was beautiful
Despite the hotel facilities, the atmosphere was very heavy and too dark for a stay of three days. It was a very strange experience to stay in this hotel, would not stay here again
Location, near to airport link
stayed many times before but hotel standards dropping, breakfast not good
Bath room No free wifi
shopping mall located in the "M" floor. A night market right next to the hotel walking distance to platinum mall
very poor breakfast. The staff hides food items under counters. They refill food in very small amounts and you have to keep asking the staff...seriously they need to improve in that area The food cant run out at 9 am ?
i felt that the hotel has regressed having first stayed there 6 years ago. The breakfasts are geared for an asian clientele and not suitable for europeans. The selections on offer have deteriorated badly and having to ask for bacon is simply not acceptable. i would not come back!
Location, price & breakfast
There ia no free wifi, the level we stayed on had no double beds, connecting rooms chargeable
the central location the room
wifi is not free and the cost for a day of 600 baht. Not even in New York or London will allow these robberies. I will not go ever again 'here' cause this thing me nervous. In addition, the lobby 'a casbah, stuck in the Indian market and with a McDonald added !!
No free wifi!!!!!!
Good location. Possibility of room upgrade. Taxi and tour service.
No wifi service. Variety of breakfast menu. They charge you for hotel slipper when other hotels don't.
Location near to shopping centres and airport rail link station
The carpet is dusty Must pay for wifi
The location The big bed
The breakfast, which only caters for asian people. Wifi Room service is extremely expensive Gym Spa Cleanliness under the bed and in the room Only 3 tv channels in english, but are SO snowy, you can't really watch anything. Staff couldn't all speak english well The fact that we have stayed in the Indra the past 17 times we went to Thailand, over 9 years and the decor doesn't change.
the location was good
the food was shocking, very poor and not appetizing at all.
Location is brilliant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite free of charge. The chambermaid on floor 16 was fabulous. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Can be noisy if your room faces the front entrance, even on the top floor. Bathrooms can do with a revamp. The water pressure is very low.
- Clean, large and nice room - Staff were polite and very willing to help - Wifi signal was reasonably strong and you could log in and out meaning an hour of WiFi could be used over multiple sessions - nice pool - Good air con with multiple settings: room was always cool - Two free bottles of water everyday
- WiFi was expensive: 250 bhat per hour or 600 baht per day. - Everything else was expensive: I.E laundry services and food and could be found much cheaper elsewhere. - The room didn't adequetly block out sound from outside: I could hear the traffic from outside as well as various other noises
Location location, air con worked well, breakfast pretty good. Rooms adequate.
Everywhere in the public areas felt dark and oppressive, probably the era of the hotel.
Very poor breakfast, no free WIFI if you want to use WIFI you need to pay 200-600 THB extra
