Score from 997 reviews Wonderful
Everything surpassed our expectations: the staff, the room, the breakfast, the food at the lounge and especially the Sky Bar at the top, which is a must-see. I had upgraded our room and our check-out was by 16:00. We arrived at 10:00 and they switched our late check-out to an early check-in - which was wonderful after a long flight! Everyone throughout the 3 days was sincerely polite and helpful. I would recommend a booking with the lounge access as the food (and the chocolates!) is great and the room with a river-view is lovely. We also got to have breakfast by the pool, enjoying the freshly made bread. And as I have mentioned before the Sky Bar and the live music were superb! Thank you for everything!
The view, the space, the bathroom...the sky bar absolutely fab!
The wait upon checking over 1 hour as our twin bed was not ready at 3.15!! Had to wait by the pool! No good initial CUSTOMER service!
Room is very big and confortable; And nice view of the city
You only have sun in the pool from 8 am to 10:30am.Something unbelievable for this kind of hotel; The restaurants are overpriced for what they offer; the main entrance is like a shopping mall and the reception is hidden inside it. Definitely a place overrated because of the movie Hang Over.l
Staff everywhere to help you at all times. Good to assist with taxi, ensuring the rate is fair.
Only real downside was the shower - went from hot to cold and so not enjoyable.
hotel looks good. clean! friendly staff. good service.
inchecken. took long and there was not enough staff for the number of guests. but overall they where friendly.
excellent customer service, extremely polite and helpful staff. Location was good as well, close to BTS and shopping mall walking distance. Sky Bar has a stunning view of the city and Hangovertini cocktail is phenomenal.
the pool was shaded all afternoon
luxurious but not over the top breakfast buffet
Good restaurant and bars make stay comfortably.
Not clear explanation for reach to Skytrain and boat.
I had a tower club suite with river view, but got upgraded to a two bedroom luxury suite for my two last nights. There was an amazing view, especially from the last one. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. I think that the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little too hard. The housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the staff were generally very service minded when I asked for something. The doormen were very friendly and did a good job.
As a targeted individual for criminal harassment tactics, I was disappointed to see that some of the staff at times were participating in rude behaviour associated with organized stalking. I was exposed to a smear campaign, invasion of privacy through directed conversations (especially at the Mozu floor were the breakfast took place) and noise harassment in my suite (through the aircondition and from adjacent rooms).
Location of the hotel
Expensive drinks at the sky lounge
The rooms are large and clean. The location is very good. The breakfast is fabulous. And the service is generally good.
Many people visit this hotel to be part of the 'hangover' experience...the downside is that you are treated as a number and not as a special guest. The staff are well aware of the one-time reason you are staying there. The staff are not rude...but far from friendly. The rooms are ugly. They still have very old TVs. Are flat screen TVs really that expensive for such a 5-star hotel? The living room is far too small to be useful and has no windows, which makes it feel cramped. And let's not forget the prices...a beer in the sky bar costs THB 350 (without VAT and service costs)! To put that into perspective...you can almost go with a cab to the airport and come back for that price... So if you are coming here to tell your friends you went to the same hotel as was seen in the hangover movie, then book it now...otherwise try elsewhere...
I really loved the breakfast and swimming pool... Staff were nice and room was pretty spacious, especially the bathroom... Overall pretty good...
I thought the rooms were dated a little... Old tv's... Should advertise as partial river view not as river view...
Spa excellent, the restaurants and bars amazing
Long waits for a lift as a hotel resident you share the same lift that takes the general public to the top floor restaurants and bars you find yourself with long waits to get a lift from your floor. Also the lobby and corridors are underwhelming and the rooms are lacking some Luxe.
Best breakfast i had in a hotel. The views are amazing and everything was of the highest level of quality.
As we were on our honeymoon... i requested to have the room decorated with flowers. It was confirmed by email but eventually didn't happen which made the surprise for my wife a bit less special.
long waiting for the elevator
-Coffee shop staff, excellent! -View, excellent. -
-The Lobby could have been more spacious -A bartender with more SPIRIT (miserly tiny shots that cost a lot :) -Complimentary shuttle to shopping malls, at least to the BTS to cut long Taxi queues -Strict check-in time when rooms are available;( -Property needs a (outer) paint job, desperately
Rooms too big to be convenient.
worst price for a beer!! 350 baht for a singha!! The breakfast was the best!
Price of Food and drink !!
I stayed on the 58th floor, we had amazing views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had access to the executive lounge with great drinks and snacks. On the 64th floor is the famous sky bar, the drinks may be expensive but well worth it for the view. There are many people from outside the hotel wishing to visit the sky bar but as someone staying at the hotel you have access to private lifts so you don't have to wait around for external customers. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.
The staff The location The food! The view!
Wifi could have been better!
We were given a free upgrade which made us feel great after a very tiring day of travel. Breakfast is amazing
We only stayed one night, before flying back home. Unfortunately, we had been struck with food poisoning prior to our arrival to Lebua, which meant that we arrived hours later than what we had planned. On arrival, the staff was wonderful, and one of the managers, Yod, came and asked us if they should arrange a doctor for us. He was also kind enough to book us a table at Breeze, the fantastic restaurant located on the 52nd floor of the hotel, and to arrange for us to have breakfast sent up to our tower suite at 04.15 in the morning, as we needed to leave for the airport at 05.00, which was before breakfast started at the hotel. We were in no mood for food due to the food poisoning when we arrived to Breeze, but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to experience such a restaurant. The staff was very attentive, and the little food we managed to eat was excellent. However, since we were not feeling well, we barely touched our food, which made the restaurant manager, Angeline, to come out and see us and she is truly the sweetest person ever! She made us her own special remedy to drink, and when it was time for us to pay, she had excluded the food from the total amount, and she would not let us pay for it! The level of service with the staff is truly amazing, not to mention the hotel itself, and we do plan to stay at Lebua the next time we go back to Bangkok.
Breakfast was amazing Close to Skytrain
Wifi was poor
Fantastic view from balcony of 55th floor; Varietis of choices of breakfast; Fitness centre well facilitated
1) when booking it is said free upgrade but actually still need to charge if request for high floor; 2) all facities are quite old, the shower water temperature not stable, the room sound insulation quite poor, can hear everything happened in next door
