Food , view and service - all outstanding
Everything is impressive, sky bar... No words...would definitely stay again
Too much safety restrictions from the staff. Not everybody from staff personnel are well in English.
It was what I expected and more.
The only tiny negative would be that they wouldn't let us take photos on the stairs under the dome in the sky bar, but that's just me being pernickety.
Skybar. And the brakfast is out of this world. The quality and the quantity is simply impressive.
The rooms ar not that luxurious and the furniture is pretty used and old. Not what I expected of a 5* hotel and not what I am used to. The pool is not that good. You don't have sun in the afternoon and you can't look over the city. The spa area is also not special. The next time in BKK I will just go to the skybar and maybe have breakfast there. But there are far better hotels which cost less.
Views from 55th floor Big room
Wifi didn't work Bed was hard Couldn't get through to reception Bathroom door wouldn't lock Door to balcony was locked No coffee or mini bar facilities
The restaurant, and the facilities
The way the staff behave, like 3 to 4 stars. Or rather, 10stars, proud attitude
Nice room with a great view. The staff, the gym and the breakfast was great.
The prices in the restaurant, It was not just expensive it was sky high. 80 euro for ONE glas of champagne, unbelivable. In a suit there should be a TV in the living room also, there was not :(
Thailand always offers great service but for me lebua is a step ahead with larger rooms and great service. I say 6 star
some levels carrpets looking a little tired
fabulous location and the sky bar is to die for. This is a really nice place.
A tad expensive and because of its size the lifts can take a few minutes. Not an issue really. Staff are very focused on bill and money, which is fine but a little to much in your face.
Restaurant at 64th floor is incredible, from the service to the view. I think one of the top in Bangkok.
Wi-Fi bad connection and the building from outside is not to much clean but I think this can also depend from smog' of Bangkok.
View very nice from 58 floor Breakfast very good many verities
Excellent view and convenient location.
Internet access was a bit inconvenient - it required registration every time you open a notebook.
Location of this hotel is great, near it could be easily found many food places.
The service was excellent, the hotel was immaculate and the food was amazing and not to mention the amazing view from the roof top bar.
The dinner and drinks that aren't included in your booking are expensive but if you want a lovely evening then it's worth it , you are looking £200 minimum spend
The view from the roof
Staff were terrible. My friend in a wheelchair was refused access to the restaurant for the reason 'its not hygienic' in its self is mind blowing. My suite was 35k bhat per night. Not bad for size and three rooms but the TV's were the old style tube television. Disgrace
The Guest Relations Manageer(Fanny Amplis) is lousy, I have never ever expierence such bad attitude service.
- Roof top bar - Service / staff - Rooms
Staff Amazing breakfast (don't eat the night before) with an endless variety of fresh food. room (suite) are big, comfortable, with a very nice balcony. very clean and equipped with a nice kitchen.
as other guests mentioned - elevators to the high floors. its taking too long to get one... one issue with Check in - it took about 25 minutes to check in, and in this time, no one thought of even offering us a welcoming drink. hotel with this standard is expected to offer it (especially when you are arriving from a long flight)
Size of room and quick checkin process. Great service from staff.
Shower setup a bit odd with glass door which did not shut properly and water fell all over the floor outside shower. Also shower tiles were slippery and I nearly slipped and fell.
We had a good stay in the Hotel , all it was very good
Everything but the access, sky bar.
Sky bar dress code
The view from the 58th floor was to die for! Got upgraded to river view for free since there where no more city views left. Great spacious room with separate lounge area and kitchen. Massive bathroom. Great Beds.
Wifi signal very weak and only worked in certain parts of the room. Water in shower was a bit temperamental (hot and cold). The Rooftop bar was overcrowded since it's open to the public. But I would recommend the Breeze bar a couple of floors down which was very calm en equally as stunning :) Having said all this... I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I will be back!
Service is impeccable. The staff is amazing with their smiling, professional and attentive attitude. Views are magnificent: you are at the top of the world. It is worth taking a suite from the Tower Club with splendid views and all the extras. Restaurants are great - not to mention the Sky Bar. My favourite restaurant is Breeze - it never lets you down. Breakfast is the best I have ever had - there is even a French chef at the bakery stall. Gym is very good, next to pool. I could spend the whole time in this mini-world of its own :-)
The location and hotel itself are pretty impressive. The check-in can be a little slow. The staff take your details and ask you to sit in the lounge so they can prepare your check-in details. The breakfast buffet is amazing. You may come away a few kg's heavier! The pool is nice but get there early. The cocktail bars on the roof top are great but very pricey!
It is a tourist trap. The lift to the bar in the evening shuttles people up and down and if you book the restaurant be prepared to have a lot of tourists walking around taking photo's. The cocktails are nice but way over priced.
