- Really close to the Night Bazar (only 5 minutes walking).
- Location was not in the city center (inside the wall) but it was really close... Only 5-10 minutes walking
in five night we stay there we slept in 3 diverent rooms, that say enough i think.
Wide apartments. Had my own lounge area with the tv. Room cleaned /towels changed everyday. Complete ref/microwave/ heating pot amenities. Nice complementary drinks at mini bar stocked everyday. Great value for money. Recommended for family trips.
Apartment area has No lift, you had to go up and down stairs, would be a pain if you are assigned to the third floor. Still, another option is to upgrade to the hotel rooms then , problem solved!!
Big comfortable room, good air con, decent wifi, good TV with channels, nice pool, small but functional gym.
Couldn't get hoe water in the shower. However we did have a separate bathtub with hot water. Pool terrace never got sun.
Proximity to night bazaar and old city Room in main building was beautiful Staff were very attentive Breakfast was excellent
Great location and value for money...we stayed in the main hotel two nights then across the rd in their low budget rooms but they were just as good for cheaper!
Nothing except kids messing in the lift but shur didn't we all do that!
It's just so so.
There is no lift in the hotel. It is difficult for us to take the baggage downstairs. It's not convenient and comfortable.
WiFi was not available in the room.
The location was perfect with restaurants around and the night market. The staff was helpful and nice. The price at the wings is interesting.
The rooms at the wings need some renovation. The sinks are far too low for farangs. They had to bend so much. The shower handles hurted our hands even cut my husband's hand ! They definitely need to be changed.
This hotel have stayed a few times now, is in great location, rooms we have are excellent, good facilities around it, banks, 7-11 etc,
Nothing really, maybe breakfast menu not fussed about!
The bed was confy and the Dion lighty
Staff charged us for breakfast when we arrived and next morning the staff asked us to pay again because we were not on the list!!! We didn't pay a second chance time and check out immediately after that. Sauna didn't work. Bubble bath neither.
breakfast selection was decent and overlooking the pool is nice, rooms are older style but comfortable. good television channels, bathroom was modern and clean, walking distance to everything :)
the gym equipment was terrible, only 1 machine worked, bed was a little hard
I recommend the place worth your money. Staff is very helpful. Pool is nice. Location is great, few minutes from the night market and to the old city with th restaurants, etc!
Hotel is nicer than the residence, if you can afford the hotel, i would recommend to stay in the hotel as it is more modern and cleaner.
Within walking distance of the night market. Efficient airport pickup service.
The hotel uses an old annexe as its budget accommodation and the room we were initially allocated was dark and dingy with inadequate room lighting and in poor decorative order. The only clothes hanging space was in an alcove with a rail which fell down when we tried to hang clothing using the two allocated hangers! No hand towels and musty drawers and cupboards and ripped settee cover. The bathroom was more of a wet room with no shower curtain making the floor constantly wet. The pool was a joke, pleasant enough to look at but useless for swimming.Poor breakfast choices.
The staff are very helpful. The location is good, walking distance to night bazaar.
We asked for double bed but want we got was 2 single bed pushed together.
Location not too bad.
Clean, large room with comfortable bed. Pleasant female staff. Cleaning staff do a great job. Room itself is nice.
Facilities are not good. There is a pool but if you want to swim there is only room for one person at a time, its really narrow and good for dipping in not swimming, even then it was shaded a lot. Sauna and steam room were broken. Gym had machines but only one or two items actually worked.I checked in with a backpack from an early arrival from Bangkok, they must think little of people with backpacks as they didn't speak to me like I was a guest, no help with early check in (ok, not unexpected) or what to do for five hours after I arrived before they would give me the keys and no help with my bags when I did check in.Other guests paying the same price were given better welcomes. I chose this hotel so I could have a little luxury and get to use a gym and a nice pool but was disappointed at every turn by the hotel facilities. I am familiar with Chiang Mai and get a better reception and friendly service with a smile in much much cheaper places. Disappointed.
The room was big, clean and comfortable. Great variety at breafast. Good location.
The AC in the room wasn't working. We called the reception and a mechanic was sent to fix it. He twittled with it for about ten minutes and left. Eventually we got to switch to another room. No big deal. The parking was across a busy street. But there's a traffic control person who took his job very seriously to help direct the traffic.
The breakfast buffet right next to the swimming pool Nice room with bedroom and nice area with sofa and TV in the entrance
The bathroom without any window and air flow
Good location near the city walls and close to the night Bazaar.
Quite dated, but fine.
Great room, lots of space, hardwood floor, very clean. Hot water (stream not too strong though)
We upgraded to the hotel itself, so the room was on the top floor and was quiet, clean & a 6' wide bed. The front entrance is very grand. The hotel transfer was very good. The pool is not very big, but good for a few lengths or a dip and a chat. Great location just outside the old city walls and not far from the amazing night bazaar.
We originally booked a room on the other side of the street, but found it to be more than a little bit tired & over looking a noisy building site, so we upgraded.
Nothing much really. Walking distance to the night market. You get what you paid for. Invest for the deluxe room, its in the new building and comes along with a lift. Had a super good and relaxing massage from the hotel massage parlour.
Sent multiple emails but no reply at all. Staff could speak minimal english and were not as helpful.
This hotel is value for money, close to city, so easy walking distance, staff very helpful
The staff was super helpfull
Pool had fungus, rooms were not that neat.
