Nice rooms,nice Pools
Everything was expensive.dont buy anything at the hotel
No special of the hotel. Its a normal hotel.
I dont like when the room attendant clean our room. Even, we are not request for that.
Room was spacious. Very central location if you don't mind walking or getting a tuk tuk.
Capacity of facilities felt to low for the amount of guests. So no place at the swimming pool and very busy at the breakfast. To top it of at half past 9 someone is walking true the restaurant with a sign and ringing bell telling you the breakfast finishes at 10 am. Not a very relaxing start of your day. The hotel feels like ten years ago it was top notch but since then nothing has changed.
Huge suite well equiped suite for a bargain price. All taxi and TukTuk drivers know to find it.
Massive hotel, paid wifi, little outdated.
The room is clean n convenient. .. near several interesting places.
Too far from lobby
Poor access, very busy market area. Disappointed that hotel appeared to have a scam going with taxis to airport. Wanted 1200 baht for their own transport, would call a taxi for 600 baht, but we did short walk to main road, took a metered taxi to BKK airport for 260 baht. No restaurants in easy to walk vicinity.
The 2 swimming pools The fact that there is restaurants inside the Palace Possibility to book for activities
Quite far from restaurant area No free wifi except at reception desk
Size of the room, really big. Hotel is located on top of clothing factory so every night they go on a street from 1am til 6am. Never did shopping in a middle of the night, quite amusing. It's really quite as well so we find out about it by accident, coming late one night from the central.
Very dirty, even after asking twice cleaner wouldn't attend our room. Outdated as well, some rooms smelled really funny, no free wi-fi. Staff really impolite!
Beautiful hotel with beautiful view.Good facilities. Staff very humble and always ready to assist. Close to main attractions.
No WiFi in the rooms, had to come in the common area to use it, which was a nuisance. Paid internet was also expensive. Our hot water pressure was very low, even after reporting, maintenance did not do anything.
The location and the interior of the hotel is nice they have nice swimming pool and nice view
The staff very cold. Unprofessional, and they are not sweet with the guest. The Internet is not free. Gym in not free. The hotel making business from everything. The help desk in ground floor running their own business more than the hotel business. They offer transportation of their friends not hotel transportation and if you say I like to take from the hotel they will not help you. They always shout when they talk without respect.
abandon with other facilities like shopping, exploration and shopping which is main in Bangkok.
Superb pool and bar, excellent breakfast with wide choice of meals, sometimes even live music at the pool bar. Fantastic view from the pool terrace at 11th floor. Nice staff and great location of the hotel. The hotel was beautifully lit in the night.
The free wifi is overloaded during the day. No wonder, too many guests trying to use it. And to use it in these days of tablets and smartphones it means that everyone is trying to upload photos or videos on social media or email, it is not about sending text emails anymore ... But I guess that is why we have the paid wifi, right.
Very bad service and the staff infront the counter was using the very very bad attitude to serve us,wont going bangkok anymore because of this Hotel!!!!!
Room is big. It's hotel but hostel price. I like the swimming pool.
No free wifi in the room. Have to pay.
WiFi costs 600th/day, everything in hotel area over expensive, for example beer costs twice as much as in almost any other bar etc
The attitude of hotel front line
The pools were ok, the views were ok, plenty of travel options like the river boat and tuk tuks and taxis all plentiful
I had a message that wasn't delivered until it was too late. Cockroach in bathroom, food at breakfast was a bit naff actually and the volume of people was frightening, and all pushing and shoving. Again staff not much help
The staff, room and facilities were very friendly and good.
The wifi was terrible. There was only a signal in one small area and everyone congregated there slowing the connection to barely usable. In this day and age why should we pay for wifi connection.
Hotels location was fantastic. Only 20M to the beach. Short 10 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
Shower wasn't great. That's all I got!
+ The breakfast - they offer everything at all time, from american, over english and thai breakfast, cereal, lots of vegetables and noodels, any style of eggs, fresh fruit + The pool and the view, nicely decorated and wonderful after a long day of sight seeing, nice atmosphere in the evenig, they had a singer who performed with a guitar and he was so good + They offer 2l of complimentary water in glass bottles everyday, even the 4 star hotel we stayed at railey beach only offered half a liter in a plastic bottle + It was quiet, slept well
- The hotel and its rooms are dark, but we knew that, plus we booked a kingsize bed and got two queensize, beds are a little bit hard to sleep on, but no big deal therefore it was quiet - the area: you need a tuk tuk or taxi to go everywhere, from the skytrain its about 10min with a taxi, to Khaosan Road 5minutes - a fair taxi driver took us to Khaosan for 50 baht, everybody else wanted a least 200 baht, next time I'll book a hotel that is near a subway or skytrain - The restaurant is rather expensive - 10€ for a cocktail 5€ for a snack, but we knew that and the english of the staff is really bad - the wifi only is for free in a dark cold bar room on the 11th floor, its not welcoming, why not offer the free wifi at the pool bar? or make it free for every visitor?! 15min of the fast wifi will cost you 100baht
Huge, amaizing hotel, but looks like out of date - need some refresh work to be done. Very close to everywhere in the city! - even if not you take tuk tuk, very cheap to get anywhere. Amaizing view of the city, and nice swimming pools. This place is very good choice to stay in!
Free Wi-Fi is rather doesnt work at all and you can try connect just in one place in the hotel.
Value for Money and good location
average customer service
Wifi internet connection was disaster. The flats were smelling terrible. The room was avarege and old fashined.
