Score from 838 reviews Very good
Clean and quiet rooms Excellent breakfast buffet included Able to walk/taxi/ tuk tuk to sights
Poor internet access in public areas and only pay- Internet in guest rooms Staff at front desk not very knowledgeable or helpful " guest services" not at all helpful especially if you don't book tours through them
Friendliness of the staff
the rug in the room is dirty
We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. My daugther enjoyed the pools. Room on 27th floor with fantastic view of the city. Good location for wholesale shopping.
Liked best the spread for break fast
Mad rush at the check out counter
Prompt check-in and check-out; pleasant staff; good breakfast buffet; nice pool; close enough to walk to UN meetings
WiFi signal to Room 2602 was poor; had to use bar on 11th floor. The room was not vacuumed for 6 days, although bed was straightened and bins emptied; toilet paper ran low, had to phone housekeeping
the view is nice!
room service was bad
Location is excellent for shopping Cleanliness of entire hotel
Staffs hardly understand English No one would even bother to help getting luggage to your room Tower B,C are not that good in standard.
Bad and unfriendly staff, cheating taxi guy at hotel lobby, request of a deposit without prior notice, no free internet in the room, poor internet in the lobby, poor breakfast
Has a local clothing market nearby which I could feel the daily Thai people lifestyle easily. Then, some delicious street food shops nearby that was very convenient for me!
The TV in the room didn't work!
We stayed in Prince Palace hotel for 2 nights in two rooms appartment (for 4 people). Nice room. Good balance between price and quality.
In general everything was good for the amount we paid. Maybe only breakfast was not good enough, but still there is something to choose.
Location, value for money, beautiful hotel.
Brekfast buffet was a bit pricey for what it was, just ok.
Close to Water Taxi's- shops -great pool restaurant- breakfast a good variety - beds good - a very relaxing stay.
wifi not free in rooms. Hotel Taxi expensive.
Front office staff were unwelcoming could not speak or understand even the basic English, Managers of this hotel were rude and could not care less about a customer.Rooms were run down and old , hot water did not work , Key card did not make proper contact which lead to no electricity in the room. This hotel claims their rating as 4 star when they are not fit to be a 3 star. Pathetic Service, although the room reservation says that comes with facilites like Spa , Jacuzzi and swimming Pool , when you go to use these services they say you need to pay , which is ridiculous even the fitness centre they ask for 600 Bhats. I have stayed in so many hotels over the past years but this hotel was one of the worst hotels I ever experienced. There is no service levels and a nightmare for a tourist who expects services of 4 Star. On our very first day after arriving there was no water flowing through the taps in the wash basin or to shower. When it started working after 3 hours of agonising wait it started spitting out brown mirky water which I have recorded and have pictures which I am happy to provide. I have been through booking hotels . com several times and had no issues with the hotels suggested but definitely had a problem with this. I request you to please review your choice of hotels since travellers depend on your expertise. Absolute disaster of a hotel
we liked the place very much
Nice staff. Comfortable rooms. . Proximity to a lot of interesting places . Very good Breakfast options .
Overpriced drinks and food. Some wear and tear on the furniture .
Rooms and very large and beds are more comfortable and spacious.Nice swimming pool and staff are very polite and professional.Value for money,i will suggest my friends and relative to stay with hotel. If i go next time again i will stay in the hotel.
They are charging for internet, per hour 300,00 THB which is quite expensive. They should provide free of charge or minimize the charges for the same
we felt like we were in a deserted hotel. sent on our way, with loads of dead unlit spaces...but once we got the hang of it ok
Rooms were clean , staff was helpful and friendly, great pool overlooking the city. Many restaurant options available within the hotel
The location (not in terms of proximity to places in Bangkok but is in the heart of a shady market and being next to a wholesale shopping tower makes it very crowded). No wifi available in rooms, which is bad for a hotel of this standard.
Comfort, location and balue for money.
Receptionost was not so kind and helpful at the arrival. Problem with credit cards.
Nice pool area, gym and spa. Location next to lots of shops
Would expect English speaking staff in a 4 star hotel. Even the reception staff struggled with the language, so we were not able to get any real location advice or service from them.
Nice view, big enough.
The windows cannot be open and we had no access on the balcony. The location is not very central. No free Wi-fi.
Might have been awsome in the 80's but now its just a horrible old junk box i rather stay at any hostel then here! Stay away!
Beautiful place, good location, huge breakfast, swimming pools, nice staff, close to the center.
No free wifi and wifi is very expensive, annoying tour organizer, expensive additional services.
Nice facility that starts on the 11th floor and goes up from there. We had a room on the 27th floor. Great views of the city. Had two separate swimming pools. Both of them very nice. Great breakfast buffet that was only a little bit more when booking the room. Decent location right next to the boat ferry to MBK/ Platinum Mall
The hotel was probably the best around when it was first opened. Signs of where, but still very nice. NO FREE internet.
Disgusting bed was dirty I have photos to prove it! Staff were rude! We arrived late so couldn't leave booked for 3 days but left the next morning, breakfast was stale, no wifi to get it you go to the cafe a cup of tea was 120 baht, no atmosphere so noisy from other guests because there is no sound proofing. old and ugly worse place I have ever stayed after 30 countries
