I came to Istanbul to visit my family and I really wanted to book a room for 4 people not 2 separate rooms, so I can spend more time with them and I found this hotel on booking with good rate and reasonable price. It was hard to find a big room with this price in Istanbul and our room was spacious enough to let us have a comfortable stay during our trip. The staff were very kind and helpful with the luggage and every inquiry we had. Farhad is so attentive to make sure we were enjoying our stay there. The strongest point of this hotel is that, it seems to be a family friendly hotel and you feel like home. Breakfast was convenient and they cleaned the room every day.

The room was spacious.. entire hotel in general was cozy.. staff were so polite and giving assistanse and hospitality with a smile on their face.. hotel location was great.. near to tram station, restaurants, laundaries, super markets and the city center by the way and not too far from the metro station in addition .. what surprised me is that it was better than a 4 star hotel -where I were before coming to Grand Umit- despite it's cheeper .. I really would recommend it for every one and it will be my first choice every time I will come to Istanbul 👌

As a first timer in Istanbul, Grand Umit hotel exceeded my expectations. I had special need and they accommodated me and beyond. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Breakfast is something they you look forward to i. I think I will miss the soup and all the other goodies. Everything was excellent! The staff were helping with whatever you may need. We had perfectly cleaned, big room with very comfortable beds and spaceous bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there were different options for everybody's taste.
