Our experience at Mar Boutique Apartments was great. From the moment we arrived, the manager and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had, which made our 12-day stay stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, and cozy and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and a transportation system. We genuinely appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the team at Mar Boutique Apartments. Mar Boutique Highly recommend this apartment to experience a wonderful stay at Istanbul. Though centrally located in Fatih and close to many tourist attractions but it's also away from the city hustle. There are supermarkets near to the apartment. A special mention and thanks to Samet and Emina from this apartment. They are kind, gentle and helpful and always ready to help with a smile and warmth. They were very helpful with tour bookings, taxi services and other information of the city. The apartment is equipped with the basic amenties in bathroom and kitchen, though i expected kitchen towels and dustbin bags which was missing, the supermarket 400 min away was a saver there. Otherwise the apartement is very spacious, quiet and the staff are extremely accomodative with all our extra requests. We are grateful to Mar Boutique and Emina and Samet to make our stay pleasant and joyful.

The location was excellent, about 15min walk to Grand Bazaar and Galata bridge. The rooms are new and clean.

The property was clean and exactly as shown in pics. Bathroom had all the required things. We stayed with four kids, they had Netflix and you tube to keep kids entertained. Washing machine, cloth drying stand and iron was available. Clean up service provided. The owners and the receptionist ( Muhammed)were very nice and polite people. The owner even lended us his metro pass until we got ours. The place was secure. We left the kids many time to get food etc. they had a wonderful view from terrace,walking distance to grand bazar and sulaimanye mosque and many cafe, restaurants. Metro, tram all just a few min walk away. My suggestion is first day walk around and you’ll realize that everything is walking distance. There was a bridge u could cross to go to taksim or galata. Overall wonderful experience.

- Hosts always reachable and available to help - someone is always at reception at ground floor. - New building and equipment. - Nice view on the roof. - Couldn't figure out the indications on the washing machine's panel at first to ensure the water temperature was set properly. Host came to help, looked up videos on youtube, helped us try another machine in an empty apartment (they're all new and the same model), and did an empty run first to check, until we were sure it would do what we wanted.

The front desk staff were excellent. They helped with finding restaurants and arranged for transportation. The apartment is nicely furnished though we did not use the kitchen. Location is good. About a half hour walk to Blue Mosque and Gabala Tower. Taxis are available nearby on Ataturk Blvd

The apartment is so beautiful inside and outside the rooms are so big the beds are so confortable the view of the rooftop was amazing there is parking lots where I was parking my car safe and the stuff are friendly Yasser hajmustafa manger of Golden Sand Hotel was the best guy that I found in my trip he did welcomed me and my family with big hurt and big smile he did travel from his hotel to my apartment to help me with the trip like Bosporus and Sapanca until when I was doing this trips he did call me couple times to ask if i still need things he offered me and my family breakfast in his hotel every morning even he invited me to play football with the hotels honor because I told him that I play football as professional in USA so I’m advising customers to ask about this guy if they face anything he will help as much he can.
