Please note that 1 additional adult guest above the Studio's, One-Bedroom Bungalow's, Deluxe Room's and Superior Oceanview Room's maximum room occupancy sharing the available bed will incur an additional charge of USD 40.00 per night, and 1 additional child under 12 sharing the available bed is USD 22.00 per night.
Please note that each additional adult guest above the Two-Bedroom Bungalow's maximum room occupancy will incur an additional charge of USD 40.00 per night, and each additional child will incur a charge of USD 22.00 per night.
An extra fold-away bed is available for an additional charge of USD 10.00 per night.

A damage deposit of $400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
