So warm & accommodating (we had a late arrival & owner had light on waiting for us). Encouraged to make ourselves at home & having a kitchen allowed us to fix a meal after days eating out. Completely remote & silent, perfect for enjoying the...

About 30-40 minutes from Zabriskie Point, the name says it all. It was just what we needed after a day in the DV 100+ heat. It had everything we needed. Karen met us and was super sweet, she even had provided extra food in case we needed it.

Good location, not far from Death Valley! Good price! Karen is super friendly, even prepared some food because the grocery market is not close.

Only 30 minutes to Furnace Creek in Death Valley and 10 minutes to the Ash Meadow Wildlife Reserve! Stay in this clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located on my 10 acres of ground here in Amargosa Valley, NV. You shouldn't assume a fancy place but this is a well equipped home. This is located in a "dark sky" area to see the beautiful starry nights! Enjoy the quiet of the desert, get away from the hustle of the city Nearby sites to see are Death Valley National Park, Ash Meadow Wildlife Preserve, The Amargosa Opera House, Rhyolite ghost town, hot springs in Tecopa, CA. Eating places nearby are the Stateline Saloon, El Valle Mexican restaurant and Longstreet Inn and Casino. Pets are welcomed!
I live right next door to this house that is used by guests. I am home 99% of the time should anyone need anything. I believe in giving guests their privacy! They can always just shoot me a text if they need anything. If I have to leave to go to town or anything like that I will let them know. It would only be for a few hours at most for me to be away.
