The check in was a breeze, staff was very helpful, the bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay again
I ordered room service and received the wrong item
Air conditioner was very loud and kept turning on with a loud klunking noise
Nothing. I had booked two double beds and when I checked in, was given one double bed for myself and a girlfriend. We were offered a cot and when it arrived would not even fit in the room so I slept on the floor.
In ATL with my mom who is in her 80s for a funeral. We were thrilled with every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend and hope to return.
Did not see obvious signs of recycling and waste reduction efforts.
somewhat noisy during the night....probably due to open atrium....
The hotel's appearance is breathtaking, from the moment you drive onto the property. Jessica, who checked me in, remembered my name throughout my stay:) My room was beautiful, clean, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, was unbeatable.
There is nothing not to like, especially if you are traveling alone or with one other person. My room size was just right.
I absolutely loved this hotel! It was awesome from the decor, to the restaurant, to the staff! I would surely stay here again!
I wish the room, beds and bath were larger.
WiFi not free Shower did not work Coffee maker did not work
Size of room, clean but carpet needs replacing to rid stale odor; close to our ultimate destination of Druid Hill neighborhood. Access to computer and printer to pull boarding passes. Staff was friendly and most presented a professional demeanor.
I specifically requested 2 queen beds, quiet location when i nooked the toom. When checking in we were assigned 1 king bed. I asked to have it changed and repeated my online request: 2 beds, quiet location, nonsmoking, good proximity to elevator. The room assignment was on the highway side and the street noise kept me awake at night. Since it was only a 2 night stay I didn't request another location. Address online said Decatur GA. The GPS could not find it and we lost time and gas trying to get to the hotel. Eventually after trying to get to the hotel, we used Atlanta as the city on the GPS which put us onto the route. Hotel address needs better directions for out of state/town visitors. We feel the hotel should include a meal package with the reservation. For the above reasons we will recommend only with caveat and will return only if necessary. The staff is predominantly Black and they displayed an overly friendly and accommodating attitude toward Black customers. There was a sense of polite indifference towards us (nonblack).
This hotel, staff and location were perfect for my birthday "staycation". My best friends were in town and the convenience to downtown was great; close enough to the action but far away enough from the madness of a crazy Labor day/Dragon-Con weekend. We appreciated the super friendly staff and the pool was amazing!
The room was very nice. And very roomy. Would be nice to have exhaust fan in bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Bed pillows were comfy as was the bed. Staff very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. I will definitely check in next year when I drop my son off to college (Emory). Nice room to end the day of a long drive from Ohio to Georgia.
Didn't like the view from my window. Oh, well. That's typical of a hotel in the city.
I liked that it was close to Decatur. The lobby staff were very nice and accomodating.
I didnt like that there was no free wifi, the vending machine in the hallway didnt work and you couldnt pull the curtains all the way shut.
Breakfast buffet was nice but I am so glad that I included it in the price of my room otherwise we would not have been able to afford $19.00 per person
The room we had was very small. The bed was supposed to be a king and it was not, The beds were not comfortable at all.
The room itself and decorations was great the view I had to see was great
My room was not ready for me to check in at 7pm. I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Paid for breakfast when I booked the room and didn't get that.
The hotel was lovely with a friendly staff. Breakfast staff were so accommodating and the food was enjoyable.
Employees were Rude and Didn't have the Correct Reservation Dates.. Very Inconvenienced
The staff was very nice, attentive, professional & accomodating.
Breakfast buffett was too expensive, the bathroom in our hotel room was pretty small & the lounge chair in our first room needed the upholstery cleaned.
Customer service. As soon as I entered the hotel, hotel staff bluntly mentioned that you cannot be provided double bedroom as requested during reservation since you have used bookings.com. It was kind of second class citizen treatment.
Friendly staff, good location, wifi in lobby
We booked 2 rooms, with 1 the door was very heavy, and hard to open. No room wifi, and food was expensive.
The people in the restaurant went put of their way to help us. We have a special needs child and they were exceptional
Air not working well
Breakfast was amazingly good!
Could hear kids sometimes next door.
