    breakfast buffet above average. nice old lady julia very helpful and friendly.

    small rooms, but maybe that's the New York standard.

    Airport shuttle is a huge savings and hassle. Also, free breakfast and great uousekeeping staff! Will return

    Front desk staff was really efficient but much too serious- not welvoming at all. Room needed a bit of maintenance. Engineering team needs to PM room.

    Free Shuttle service to Penn Station and Airport at every 30 minutes

    Breakfast needs to be served starting at 4am. I catch the 5 am shuttle to get to work. What business traveler can accommodate breakfast when it starts so late at 6am. Also there should be free coffee service in the lobby 24/7 as there is at Marriott's

    Reception staff some of shuttle driver location

    Food and room service asked for different breakfast were given excuses. no microwave facility water provided in room too small bottles. Can do with shuttle service to large malls. Better wifi service

    Every thing staff friendly and helpft . Shuttle. Cleanliness. Breakfast.

    The first night spent in room 302 a bit noisy from outside We moved then to the 22 th floor : perfect.

    Great free breakfast. Airport transfer.

    Sketchy neighbourhood! felt very unsafe. room booklet had instructions in it to tell you not to answer the door to anyone even if they said they worked at the hotel.

    Good base for visiting NYC with the proximity to Penn station, shuttle service to station was good, driver was excellent. Although the room was tired we got a good nights sleep in it.

    Rooms are a little tired and could do with modernisation. Very poor wi-fi in room and public areas. Breakfast was average

    Location easy to get around, lots to see and enjoy, shopping and parks to relax.

    That they could not find my reservation when i arrived and had called from the airport. Then took a taxi to get there only to find out that my reservation was there after all. But it was frustrating coming into a country for the first time thinking your all set to have a great time and then boom to hear you've got no where to stay it was scary!

    Housekeeper open the door on day one when the card key did not work. She also called reception so we could pick up another key. Key still did not work on the second night but they gave us another room to sleep in.

    They promised to fix the key on the second morning, but didn't happen. We only got an alternate room once my husband asked for it as it was late at night and we just wanted to sleep! No discounts or perks for next time for this inconvenience.

    Excellent location in Newark. My son-in-law and I walked from the hotel to the Red Bull Stadium to watch the Bayern vs Chivas match; about a 25 minute walk, so very close and didn't have to hassle with cars, taxis or buses. The hotel's breakfast selections were quite varied so as to meet a variety of preferences.

    I like the way the hotel was clean and neat and had lots of information for rhe travelers like flight status complimentary boarding pass print outs

    I did not like the shuttle service coming back from penn station I waited over1hr and then I had to flag down the driver and I had to walk in the middle of the traffic to get the shuttle they dont come in front of penn station like all the other shuttle buses I may not stay again because of this situation

    None!

    Everything! Staff are not accommodating at all! Waited for the shuttle for more than sn hour while all the other hotel shuttles made more than 10 loops! Internet is very poor! Food is mediocre. Front desk not approachable!

    The staff were very friendly and always available if you had any questions or concerns. Rooms were nice and very clean, our room didn't have the best view but was still nice.

    I wish I would of been told about the neighborhood a couple of blocks up that wasn't the nicest. My son and I went sightseeing and a store owner recommended we return to our hotel because it was not safe, we were only 5 blocks from the hotel. I wish staff would of mentioned that to us first.

    Within minutes walk from Penn Station, from which the train to New York takes 15-20 minutes! All staff very professional. Complimentary breakfast is the best anywhere!!

    Most of the staff were very friendly and had a pleasant manner. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. For what you pay I think this hotel is a very good deal. It's only ten minutes from the airport and there is a free shuttle every 30 minutes.

    I stayed here twice, one night each time, with three weeks in between. The first time there were issues with the wifi; it said there were too many users online, therefore I could not connect. Did not have this problem the second time I stayed there.

    The staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is ideal for the airport and Newark Penn Station - with regular shuttles from the hotel.

    The hotel could do with a renovation and the WiFi needs to be updated - it either weak or couldn't connect.
