Pillows - not so good. You need down pillows and less thick pillows.
Location was great - hotel was beautiful.

Clean enough but towel service was exact not any extra. Didn't try restaurant so cannot comment on that!
Location is everything - perfect to walk to all but quiet enough to sleep at night. Beautiful lobby and courtyard pool. Security was nice - key card for elevator service. Complimentary coffee, ice tea and fruit water a nice touch.

The food needs improvement but we never really eat at the hotel anyway because of all the awesome places to eat in New Orleans.
The location is great.

The bar in the hotel was very crowded. I guess that may mean it's really good but they really only seemed to have one primary bartender so I waited to order a drink twice and left.
Maybe the hotel has the added benefit of the streets being a little less than squeaky clean....but every time we walked in it smelled so clean and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Upon arrival and departure, the valet was prompt and very friendly! The front desk staff welcomed us with a smile! This will be my choice of hotel for New Orleans from now on!

Wifi was a little patchy at times but nothing too bad.
Great location & very friendly staff. Some nice extra touches such as free iced tea in the lobby during the day. Concierge is excellent!

Pool too hot and appared dirty. Corner room viewing a solid wall.
Breakfast buffet ($14) was awesome. Location was great.

The only major complaint about either room we stayed in, was how hard and stiff the beds and pillows were. Both of us woke up with slightly sore backs ( all the walking probably contributed as well)
I was given a lesser room than what I had booked and paid for, and after having seen the tiny room with a view of a brick wall, I did go back to talk to the reception staff. After explaining everything and showing my original reservation, the staff were unable to move us, due to the hotel being full. But they did reduce our room cost and promised to move us the next day. The next day, the front desk were amazing and were able to upgrade us to a beautiful two story loft with a balcony facing Orleans and Bourbon streets. So the front desk was great, the hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect.

The location was prime right in the middle of all the action. Yet none of the noise from the street carried into the room or hotel. The bar downstairs, the O bar, was a nice change of pace somewhere nice to end the night quiet and the fact that our room was in the same building was awesome once we were done we just went straight upstairs.

You are also in the middle of all the noise and craziness of Bourbon street which goes on 'til 2 in the morning. It gets LOUD.The garbage pick up on the street every day at 5am wakes you up and then just when you go back to sleep the street truck powerwashing last nights celebration off Bourbon street comes by. A lot of panhandlers and people sleeping on the streets. Had to walk in groups to feel safe.
The Hotel is located right in the heart of the French Quarter and is a short walk in any direction to the sights you will want to visit. The hotel staff was very friendly and the decor had the charm that put you back in the 1800's granduer of New Orleans

Our room 502 was right on the elevator you could here people like they were in your room. But wasn't an issue for our stay just an observation. I couldn't stay longer.
The location and staff are amazing. I was able to Plug In my HDMI to the TV, pool is heated, extra security for Mardi Gras, Bathroom in the lobby, free water bottles in our room, amazing history and may be haunted. The charm and ambiance of the hotel. The automatic air vent in the bathroom. Door man greeted me with "Welcome home" as we walked in. Loved this hotel very much.

I loved the Free Wife and Water.

-We received an email from the hotel a few days prior to the stay asking if we wanted to pay $9 for a king bed upgrade. Sure! When we checked in, we were given 2 queen beds. When checking out, the staff was helpful to refund the $9....which help offset the cost of parking. -Didn't catch that parking was valet, off site, for $35 a day -Taxes and fees were a little high. -Overall cost was worth it, just caught off guard when checking out.
-Location: Right off Bourbon street; Easy walk to Canal for the parades; Jackson Square is 2 blocks away. -Staff was friendly, helpful and full of suggestions for dinner/places to go. -Free drink at the bar upon check-in.

Our room had a connecting door and it was so thin you could hear full conversations going on next door. It would not have bothered me that much except that our neighbors continued to chat until late. I asked them to keep it down, but security had to be called twice. They finally left the room only to wake us up when they returned at 4:00 am. The security guard told them he was supposed to kick them out since they had been called three times, but gave them one more chance. I wish they had been told that after the 2nd time he was called. I was woken again at 6:00 am to the sound of one of them getting sick. They really need to do something to deaden the sound between rooms. I got almost no sleep and I had a full day planned the next day. It practically ruined my trip. They should not have charged us for that night, but all they offered us were ear plugs (uncomfortable) and the opportunity to move our room (why we should move when we weren't the problem is beyond me?). I realize New Orleans is a city where drinking is very common, but they need to put some kind of plan for situations like this. Letting the occupants know the first time someone complains about them that they will have to leave would have been more helpful.
The location and the complimentary tea in the lobby.

Bourbon street can be a little loud late at night but that's to be expected.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great location. I will definitely be staying there for my next visit.

Housekeeping staff (Kevine) was very nice and friendly and took care of all I asked. I was just disappointed that the staff did not get to my room to clean it until 3:00 pm. Still had a great stay.
We were greeted by Louis and his staff upon arrival and he set the tone for our trip. Very Very good at his job, don't know when we were treated so nice. His hospitality was second to none.
