Property is a bit tired and could do with a refurb
Near to downtown and kitchen facility
Room was not clean well when we entered first time and passage to room has some smell and closet door was poor which need to be handled with care. Intermittently cold water comes from shower even though it has turned to hot .
Location from wedding chapel was not bad
Walls were extremely thin! We were kept up all night two nights in a row. Our stay was supposed to be for three nights but we left early. Couldn't take another night sleeplessness!!!
This place is old...The ground was gross. I didn't feel safe walking with bare feet. World's tiniest shower stall. World's slowest elevator for 4 floors. Never darkening their doorstep again! Yuck
Not the right room. No service. No tv/ cable. Had to park off site. Poor value overall.
Nice amenities with a location close to downtown
The rooms need an upgrade. The pictures online arenot even close to what the rooms look like. The bathroom faucet leaked, you could barely turn on the shower head. The shower was barely big enough to stand in. The curtains were filthy. No way I would recommend staying there
Really bad smell, and just so cheap place.
I liked that had a separate sitting area and kitchenette from the bedroom. This is essential when traveling with kids. We also really liked the indoor pool area which was very nice and the outdoor upstairs patio area with a picnic table was great for our large group to eat together.
The pictures on the internet make it look much more plush and roomy than it really is. At first sight it is a bit unsettling, but after you get use to it not being as fancy as you might have hoped, it really was quite clean and served our needs well. The one bedroom suite is really just two hotel rooms converted over into one large room. That is why there are two bathrooms. Also, no maid service unless you are there for 4 nights, so keep that in mind. Ended up not being a problem since we knew ahead of time and tried to be neat.
the room is very old. The sheet is not clean. We even saw blood on the sheet. Gross!
Liked how it was close to casinos and river and other sites
Didn't like the way you have to walk outside for room wall not soundproof water pressure low check out too early
Indoor pool, game room, staff
The only thing I didn't like was the their wasn't any hot water they were fixing it
The staff was friendly and courteous.
The heater didn't work properly. The second night of stay there was no hot water. They did not clean the room during our stay. Had to ask two times for clean towels. When we finally received them, we got towels that were clearly used as rags along with a regular towels.
I like that it had many facilities, warm pool, exercise room, kids play room and others! We loved that we can cook our own food because it has a full kitchen, it was close to everything and staff was okay! They gave a refund because we had to leave early!!
that we had to leave to look for another hotel because their heating system broke! And it was too cold to stay there!
Staff very accommodating. Wonderful experience. When we come to reno we usually stay at the showboat because of convenience., but poor accommodation and facility. My hubby and I are still talking about the wonderful time we had at your hotel. Thank you so much!!!!
It was kind of spooky going yo get ice. Needs more on the walls in halls plants.maybe some soft music.although it seems you are still working on improvements
The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a free upgrade to accommodate an unexpected friend that joined us! Would recommend, especially if you're snowboarding in Northstar.
Spacious room, good kitchen, parking, location, price.
Thin walls, noise from the other rooms and the street. Slow old elevator. Small shower with poor pressure.
staff was very helpfull
they have very old ac/heater system, so you cant really regulate it the way you want
location to downtown reno
horrible decor, no room service( not appropriately coveyed to us that it was a time share, and who would EVER buy into this dump) room was awful, one plug in the poorly maintained miniscual bathroom, air conditioner was so loud we slept in the heat, wifi was terrible,we were on the fourth floor but ice was only available on the first floor, our coffee pot was broken, and the door to our room stuck so bad we had to kick it to get it open. Oh yeah the elevator was filthy. Other than the above, our stay was delightful.
Short, short walk to downtown and price was fantastic. Nice to feel like you are staying in a little apartment instead of simply a hotel room.
Bed wasn't that comfortable. Definitely needed a better mattress.
I love the location. Close to everything yet quiet.
Some rooms have a musky smell.
I've been a regular to Reno because of my work and I usually bring my family with me. I've tried many hotels there and I'm so happy I have found Legacy Vacation Club. It's also close to downtown and Century Theaters. I recommend this not only to a families but also to individuals who would want to do some cooking.
It was quiet and in a good location to walk to downtown. The employees were always friendly
Carpets were dirty in the room and hallways. The place needs a serious update on all public places and fix the stairs in the back, fire hazard.
Everything was perfect!
Didn't get to stay our last night due to family emergency.
Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Quiet. Parking garage.
air conditioning stopped working after the first night. we did not complain either, to be fair, they probably would have fixed or changed rooms for us. The couch faced the table and chairs, not TV. The tv was only visible from the bed.
The location was good and the staff were nice and helpful.
The room did not match the quality of the rooms advertised on this site. It was a very run-down motel like building with many small repairs needed in the room. The fold out couch was not made up with bedding nor was bedding provided without having to ask extra for it. I would not consider this a 3-star location.
